Cody at Estle Chevrolet in Hamler is one of the most comfortable and friendly sales managers I have ever had the pleasure of working with (and I have been looking for a long time for a certain vehicle and have been dealing with many dealers). He was a joy to work with, talk with, and had a personal touch to his dealership that makes you feel like you are buying a car from a new friend. He sent me photos of the vehicle, so I could see it before I drove the many miles to test drive it. There was NO hard sell and No fake friendliness to force a quick sale. He sold me what I wanted and was very willing to make sure the vehicle was just right before it left the dealership. He was very efficient with financing and made the paperwork go quickly and cleanly. He offered to have the vehicle delivered after the final detailing for my convenience instead of me having to drive the distance again. He showed true customer service from beginning to end I would very highly recommend Estle Chevrolet to anyone who is looking for a car on line or in person.

Never bought a car online, always seen it, drove it and checked it out, made sure the body was ok. The last car was 14 years ago, I asked for certain pictures and they sent them to me, Dean and Cody were the best and answered all my questions. Cody helped get my payments were I could afford them.Had the car delivered for free, got to test drive the car and check everything out before I signed anything the guys that delivered it showed me were everything was and how it worked. They were all very helpful glad I found them Thanks again guys.

Tried for almost a month to get info on a car. Tried calling twice and no one ever contacted me back. Received several texts back. Finally found out on my own the car had been wrecked. Also the price of the car went up $2,000 in a month. They don’t want to sell cars!

Dean the Salesman at Estle of Hamler was outstanding!! Everything went exactly how he said it would with the purchase and trade including the financing. I drove down 2 1/2 hours from mid-Michigan to Hamler Ohio. Awesome experience and will refer my friends and family to Estle Chevrolet of Hamler and make the trip again for my next vehicle.

Drove 2 hours to look at truck that was supposed to be in great condition. Look like it rolled off cliff when I got there!

Felt like I was getting a good deal on car. Most importantly I felt like the sales person was honest and up front. It was worth the drive.
