Buick Encore Lease!
I am so grateful for Springfield Buick GMC's customer service and a HUGE THANK YOU to Heidi Goodrich for being so patient, kind, and helpful during my encore lease buying process. They are upfront and no hidden agendas, very honest and genuinely want to help you! I had a monthly payment goal I had to stay within and after a couple of months of staying in touch and her happily answering all of my questions completely and promptly when I was ready to lease the encore it was a very smooth buying process. Very exciting and not stressful at all at Springfield Buick GMC. Great Service
Dan Jenkins assisted us on a Sunday, took us to the HD truck lot, reviewed a few trucks, answered many questions, and followed up over the next few days. I closed the deal with Dan on Wednesday, we never felt pressured or any coercion into buying anything. I told him what i was looking for, he showed what was available and made the best match for us. He let us test drive, if we felt this met criteria, then we proceeded with the deal. At no time we felt pressured to buy anything, in that sense, we were much more willing to buy from your dealership. I drove right by a GMC dealer on the way to Springfield, and i have used many others in the past, going forward, if the service i received remains in this way, i will just come you your dealership for my needs. Top-Notch experience!!!!
I had the pleasure of working with Jason & Gabe, they were quick, precise, confident and got everything just the way I wanted it in less than 36hrs. I went in and saw them on a Thursday night in a hurry and by Saturday I was picking up my brand new 2015 GMC Sierra SLE Double Cab and they threw in a spray in bedliner at signing! I recommend going in to see them they will get you the deal you want. 3rd Truck my family has bought here in the past 2 years and they do not push you.

Great workers, Very Helpful
Everyone there was so helpful and it was an easy buying process. i would go back there to get another car. only Downfall is the repairs department. I thought they were rude and not even helpful. I was quoted an arm and a leg for an 02 sensor.
