12 hours after I drove a used car off the Lot I had a service shifter light come on. The car was taken back in to be fixed. A few days later the light came back on. I took the car to a different mechanic. This mechanic plugged it up to a computer and found that the car needed a new transmission. Highly dissatisfied with this dealership.

The tires were rotated in the pattern I requested. That's not always the case. Good job ?, and the service counter employees were very friendly, even though I did not buy my truck there.

Great Buying Experience!
My husband and I have bought two new vehicles from this dealership within the last two years. In October 2021, we purchased a new Silverado, and this week we purchased a 2024 Chevrolet Trax 2RS. We worked with Ronald Knight and Dewey Cardd to seal the deal on the Trax. They were very helpful and great to work with. Ronald and Dewey are our go to guys for all our vehicle purchases in the future.

Would not recommend service manager sucks
I have left Bill Holt Chevrolet in Blue Ridge Georgia with a car that I feel uncomfortable, unsafe, ill informed, and overall extremely dissatisfied with. I am left with no other option but to share my experience. Bill Holt Chevrolet in my experience, seems to only cares about money. I purchased a car from them 2 weeks ago. I had a problem come up and brought it back in and was told there was nothing wrong until I asked for them to check again. The issue was resolved and they fixed what was wrong no problem. I then go to start it last week and I can hear this loud sound coming from the engine that sounds like a truck and they agreed. It was never there before. I was told it could get louder and not sure exactly why it happens in some and not others. I am told this is not their issue and that it is my own issue by Matt Laney general manager. I am given the option to walk away and loose $4,600, trade in and loose $7,000, or try to sell this car at another place which I would need $30,000 for it to make my money back and it’s a $23,000 or less priced car. I originally put $9,000 down when purchasing the car. The general manager Matt Laney tried to avoid talking to me once this whole situation came up. Upon entering the business and finally being able to talk to someone in charge (Matt Laney) I was met with an aggressive toned man who couldn’t listen to a single thing without coming back with something like, “Well it’s not broken down at the side of the road is it.” As if that was the issue that I was having. Overall, worst experience with a business let alone a car man. Beware at shopping for cars at Bill Holt Chevrolet in Blue Ridge Georgia. And if you do, I hope you are not a young woman who needs to talk to the head sales man and be belittled as I was in my experience.

Great Experience
Miya is always so helpful and friendly ? she makes dropping my car off very pleasant. The other service technicians are also friendly and helpful whenever I have had a question. It really makes the whole ordeal a lot nicer.

Bad experience at dealership
I enter the building , walked up to the lady. Behind the desk told I was here for the big sale they were having gave me to Andrew Hammond he sitting at a desk didn’t offer me a chair he look up this car I told him it was sold already , then I told him about a car I saw online I went to look at it it was ok , but 18,000 the seats were not up to par in my book the whole time the salesman has a mouth for of tobacco in his mouth , not very professional , he didn’t tell anything about the car I did take it for a test drive I didn’t drive it very far it didn’t have that much gas in it I guess the looked at the van I guess when I came back in I just told them I had a emergency at the house and left I drove up there from canton 53. 3 miles for nothing I’m not impressed of what I saw and how I was treated . I hope this gets to someone who can correct the problem and help any customers than drive up there .
