I drove 2 hours to go take a look at what I felt like was

I drove 2 hours to go take a look at what I felt like was my dream mommy mobile. Turns out, in fact the vehicle I looked at was. Shelby Sides was my sales representative and she was amazing to work with. She impressed me right from the start by having the vehicle parked under the shelter waiting for me to arrive because it was forecasted to rain most of the day. That was a personable touch I felt really hit the mark in terms of customer service. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle; if I asked a question she didn’t know the answer to with confidence, she went and got the answer for me. She gave my mom and I free reign over test driving and looking the car over without any pressure, and the few minor things we did find she put her nose to the grindstone and addressed all of our concerns. Every single person we interacted with from Shelby on the sales floor to Nathan the sales manager, and yes even to Ashley the finance manager were all top notch, professional, and friendly. They all really made my mom and I feel like we were part of their family. They gave us a very good price on the new vehicle and made sure we were well taken care of, they even included a full tank of gas for my ride home, which is something most dealers just don’t do anymore. I felt respected the entire time I was there and walked away as a very satisfied customer. I would 100% recommend them to anybody who is in the market for a new or new-to-them car. They were the only dealer in NC who had the exact make, model, trim level, color scheme, and satisfactory mileage I was looking for. It ended up being a truly perfect buying experience! If you’re looking for good, genuine people to work with tha really give you that down home family feeling, this is the dealership for you. The staff at this location is amazing!

The staff at this location is amazing! The service is always complete at a reasonable time and there's no hassle when it's time for pick up! I highly recommend!

This has to be the worst Chevy dealer in North Carolina.

This has to be the worst Chevy dealer in North Carolina. Had an emergency with my car, was told to bring it back in about a month, so I can’t drive for month. Sales is just as bad. When my sales person told me I shouldn’t come here and even gave me a name of another shop to go to and told me they were sorry they sold this car to me, should have sent it to auction. My wife was wanting a new car but they gave her such a hard time we went to another dealer. Just saying this the worst Chevy dealer I have ever dealt with and if I could give minus stars I would. Just make sure if you do any business with these people get everything in writing and get it nortized.

Quick service call , friendly staff, professional, their auto shop is always kept super clean, I never have to wait. My car is taken back immediately a the work is started on immediately at my appointment time.

Very respectful and courteous.

Very respectful and courteous. Didn?t have to wait, they recognized me as I walked in the door and directed me to the right department. I felt very Comfortable and safe while waiting. Everything to my car was done quick and efficiently.

The vehicle was as described. No gimmicks. Helpful salesperson (Wesley). They attempted to answer all my questions. Very accommodating. I did not purchase because we could not work out the price. It was a very good experience with this dealer.

I had a 10 appt for service & at 3:30 I stopped back by

I had a 10 appt for service & at 3:30 I stopped back by because I hadn’t heard anything & my vehicle had not been touched. Why did I have to make an appointment if you weren’t going to handle them in appointment order. The service dept was unapologetic & had no answers.

AMAZING!

Amazing place! Heath was awesome to work with! I flew into Charlotte and he had someone pick me up from the airport to drive me to the dealership! When I got to the dealership everyone was so kind and I got in and out very quick! I bought a kia Sorento and it was in amazing condition! Couldn’t ask for a better dealership!
