Mike Gottschalk and Gerry Rivard did an excellent job of making sure all my concerns were addressed; and Dave Goodman did the work on my car and did the usual excellent job with that. This is the reason I continue to be a loyal customer. I know that if I need something done, it will be done and more importantly, it will be right! Keep up the good work!

My 1st experience with your dealership was not up to Buick owner standards. I was pleased to see that the problems have been addressed and had a very positive experience this time. I was surprised that my negative review last time got no reply. This is a common courtesy and should have happened.

Love the drive up oil change and lobby setting with wifi and coffee..... Perfectly convenient for a working professional. Also, staff are consistent, sevice oriented and clearly well trained. I will continue to use.

Exceptional Service
Kevin Hatch was the best salesman I could've asked for. He was attentive, he didn't try to push me into anything I didn't want, and he made sure that all of my needs were met. He went the extra mile to ensure my experience was exceptional. Aaron Burch handled my financing and paperwork, he was professional and took care of everything quickly. Drew went over the features of my new vehicle with me and helped get my OnStar setup. He was knowledgeable and professional.
