New Vehicle purchase

BAD ADVISE

Beckman for some reason did not want to work on my truck and told me it was "a 10 hour fix." I was assured that I could get home to Michigan even with the warning display saying my speed was going to be limited. My truck could have been left all week and event into the next week, but was told twice that I could make it home. My boy and I ended up stranded in Indiana. I now have over $100 cost that Beckman charged to look at it, I have a hotel bill, U-haul bill, second diagnostic charged from a second dealer who was willing to work on it, and a 8 hour trip back to Indiana this Saturday to pick my truck up, plus the cost of fixing the original problem. Not to mention everything started to go bad in the Chicago and Gary Indiana area as my travel speed was limited to 55MPH. Not fun and very expensive. To say the least I am very upset, and at the very least very disappointed in this dealership! Beckman Motors do not ever send someone home to another state when their EGR bypass is bad on a diesel truck. Chances are very good that they will become stranded as well! The truck's warning did exactly what it said it was going to do which was contrary to what I was told twice.

Beckman Rocks!

I purchased a new vehicle from them earlier in the year. Pleasant experience. Have had routine maintenance performed, too. Clean shop, clean waiting room, knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic job of matching a price range I had

I emailed a question about a car over the weekend. Justin promptly replied to me. I asked him if they could match the price of a larger dealer. They did an excellent job of that. I also received more for trade in vehicle than I expected. All of the gentlemen I worked with were pleasant, listened to me, (women buying cars sometimes get taken advantage of or not listened to). answered my questions. A gentleman spent lots of time showing me how to use the cars technology. Excellent, when I read the short car book - I had been briefed already. Never was pressured. Buying a car was easy with their help.

Outstanding Dealership

Family Friendly

I enjoy walking into a car dealership to such a warm, friendly atmosphere. It's much more than a business transaction as the entire staff makes you feel comfortable and welcome. And it's been that way since the first car I bought from Beckman's in 2003. It's not every day that the owner of the dealership drives your car to a local station and fills the tank before you leave. Thanks again to Raymond, Justin, Scott, Kent and the entire Beckman team!
