My wife was looking for a new or used truck for months.

My wife was looking for a new or used truck for months. Found one advertised at longbine auto Plaza. She called and inquiries about it and was prepared to make a offer on it. They call her back and tell her she can't buy it because owners wife is driving it as a demo. Like they don't have other vehicles she could drive, and it was advertised on there site. I will never do business there again.

My battery stopped in a major intersection.

My battery stopped in a major intersection. The service department and mail salesperson were at the sight in 7 minutes. They got my car moved and home immediately. The service department had the parts and ability to fix the problem and deliver my car within hours.

Great place

Longbine is excellent place to look for a new vehicle. James, Edd and Jay were all helpful in making sure we had the best deal out there. We test drove a freshly cleaned vehicle, James explained all the features to us and Edd cut us a great deal. Thanks guys!!! We will ship here again. Russ and Michele

Longbine Auto

Terrible. Did not fix my car but did make it worse and charged me $2400. Then wanted to charge me another $3000 for things they previously said were fine. I will not go there again. They are rude and unprofessional. They were not willing to make anything right and charged me a lot of money that fixed absolutely nothing!

Rob you any way they can

Sadly I can't give negative stars! Brought my fathers 2010 CTS in because it was mis firing. Even brought the printout from having someone else hooking up the computer that showed misfires on 1 and 3. They had it for 5 days then called and said it needed the engine replaced at the cost of 8000 dollars!!! I called BS and took it to another person for a second opinion. For 210 dollars he got it up and running. No issues since. These guys are thieves! Don't take your car there unless it's under warranty and I'd worry even then!!!

EXCELLENT!

Recently we were heading home after a two and half month southwest adventure. All of a sudden, our truck started acting up, losing power, and shifting erratically. Fortunately, we were literally 5 miles from the Emporia, KS exit and Longbine Auto Plaza. After an initial assessment, consultation, and test drive done by Chris (service mgr.), we eventually learned that we needed a new transmission and that we would not be going home that day and probably not until Monday or Tuesday at the earliest. What?! The Longbine staff worked miracles. They got us a GM rebuilt transmission with a three year 100,000 mile warranty. Kenzie acted quickly and secured us a loaner car when our rental car from Enterprise didn't materialize. And the best news of all? Chris and his mechanics installed the transmission much sooner than anticipated and got us back on the road sooner then expected! Woot Woot!! From beginning to end, our experience with Longbine staff was outstanding. We were very pleased with the professional, honest, and straightforward customer service. The staff made sure we were well taken care of from the beginning. They earned our trust early on in the process and lived up to that expectation throughout. We highly recommended Longbine!

I originally was not in the new vehicle buying mode when going to Rich Longbine to assist my mom with trading in her Cadillac SUV. After seeing the outstanding customer service and process of her trade-in, I decided to trade my 2014 Equinox in as well. All of the staff (Jeff, Steve, Justin, and Jay) were wonderful to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend buying a vehicle from Longbine Auto Plaza.
