Professional sales and new car delivery.

Linda Mackey was well prepared for my new xt5 delivery. Everything was smooth. Linda spent time explaining everything new in the Cadillac. She is the best car sales person I have ever dealt with. Very professional and honest.

Requested Review

This is the third car we've bought from Sunset. Our salesman, Bill Long has always listened and never pressured us. Our other interfaces with staff members have been positive as well. The personal relationship that has been built between customer and sales representative is a refreshing and welcome change from dealing with other dealers

Great service very polite and extremely clean

Dean did everything he could do to get things done as fast as possible. He was also very polite and responded in a timely fashion when asked a question he needed to look into.

Great maintenance service, poor cleaning

--Maintenance was great! --Small dent and scratch in hood found following service -- buffed out successfully. --Complimentary cleaning following over $1,000 worth of service was poor. No inside cleaning done and had to have detailer return to finish the outside cleaning job.
