Very happy!

Everyone was pleasant, helpful and courteous. My salesman, Frank Surgis, was great! He found what I wanted and made the process easy. He made me feel like a person, not a number. Having worked in retail myself, I appreciate that!

Great service, long wait

I came in for an 8:30 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. As always, I was greeting immediately, cordially, and professionally. Unfortunately, the service center was very busy and apparently shorthanded, and I had to wait 90 minutes for the work to be completed. This isn't a complaint really, but I expected to be done within an hour.

Unexpected warranty work. Awesome people and quick

The service dept got my vehicle in on short notice, fixed the issue and was on my way in a very short time. Pretty awesome folks

Quick and Friendly Service

The staff are always very helpful and available to answer questions. I was able to have my tires rotated, oil changed, and a recall part installed in under and hour.

Truly friendly

Great! Friendly and helpful staff who are very knowledgeable and helpful. They all made my purchase experience comfortable and answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with the vehicile I chose.

Great service

I received an email stating that their was a problem with the engine. I then called onstar, the lady that answered the call was very nice and courteous. She then proceeded to run a diagnostic of the motor, where she found a problem with my engine. She then offered to call the dealership for me. The person from the dealership proceeded to schedule an appointment for me. The hole process was very fast and pleasing. The problem was resolved without any complaints.

Terrible Experience

Salesman I had been working was working with another customer and I was not given another sales person. The front desk suggested I come back another day. I told ssalesman I wasn't waiting anymore as left. When I tried to do business with your dealership yet again a few weeks later the ssalesman refused to work with me because I allegedly cost him a sale. I wad handed off to another salesman i reported this to salesmanager but got no apology. I have purchased 3 vehicles in past but will never be back!.

I needed a new car fast, but I didn't want to buy a clunker. I had no time to test drive cars and I recalled my sister loving the Chevy Sonic. Excellent customer service

I purchased a new 2012 Chevy Cruze Eco with a 6 speed manual transmission from Friendly about 2 years ago. The salesman was very helpful and courteous. The price was fair, and significantly lower than another area dealer. They even helped me find a car with the color I wanted. I've had no problems with the car, and am averaging 40-50 mpg on my daily commute. The service department has been very helpful in fitting me in for routine maintenance at times that are convenient for me, even on short notice.
