The sales people were great when selling you a car.

The sales people were great when selling you a car. However, not customer friendly as if I need to service my car I have to take a day off because when I call the service department said they are not open Saturday. I paid for the top plan and can't utilize it. Definitely disappointed in there service. The service schedule needs to be updated because it says they ate open from 9 to 6. If I were to buy another car I'd go to another dealer that understands the customer buying their product works. Definitely not customer friendly.

Simple Oil change and tire rotation gone wrong

We have been going hear for over 15 years and the quality of their repairs has gone down significantly. This past service was a simple oil change and tire rotation. When we got home we saw that all of the lug nut covers on one of the tires were never put back. Also, our car has a bumper to bumper warranty and every single time we have the car serviced there is always an issue with them trying to charge us for something that is under the bumper to bumper warranty.

I had a great experience, when I went to Bellavia

I had a great experience, when I went to Bellavia Chevrolet Buick, with the hopes of buying my car, be an easy process. Sure enough, Mitch was the guy that took great care of me! He made me understand everything he was doing to buy my car. He made my experience their hassle and worry free. Finance manager Peter made it very simple and to the point. I was very pleased with both Mitch and Peter who made this process stress free. I was very happy when I left. It’s nice to walk into a dealership and have someone who is patient with you, like Mitch was with me! I highly recommend going to Bellavia Chevy Buick! Thank you Mitch!

Easy transfer of lease

I have been leasing cars from Bellavia for more than 10 years. It has always been a pleasure to deal with everyone there, they make returning and choosing a new lease an easy and pleasant experience. I have dealt with Mitch Rubin each time my lease was up and it has been an easy and painless transfer. They have wonderful customer service and Mitch always take the time to answer any questions I have. I would definitely recommend Bellavia to my friends and family.
