Terrible Service Manager = Terrible Service

Issue is with Service Department, and not the whole department but the senior manager. This man three times has been terrible to deal with - smug, uninformative, borderline insulting. His errors started a chain of events that kept a car in the shop needlessly for several days, over a simple job. And he was vile through it all. We are polite people and have never been so poorly treated. Never again. We'll drive to the city to avoid this pointless, rube-nasty treatment. Is he a relative of the Trenarys, by chance? Incompetent AND rude.

Service manager rude, uncivil and unprofessional....

Service manager rude, uncivil and unprofessional. Everyone else is fine, but I’ll never return for service. I’ll buy my next car elsewhere because I don’t trusts dealer who doesn’t keep an eye on service managers.

I financed through the dealership. I was told that my...

I financed through the dealership. I was told that my interest rate would be 22%. But after buying the car, I went home and did the math. My interest rate is actually 35%. I wouldn't have bought the car if I knew my interest rate was to be so high. Not only that, they weren't honest about the condition of the car. The passenger side window doesn't go down, a panel on the passenger side is missing and the car was a rental through enterprise. The price I paid was if the car was in excellent condition but clearly was not. I put my mom in hospice earlier that day. So, I really needed to go somewhere where I wouldn't have to inspect every inch of the car and the paperwork. It was a day where I really needed to be treated fairly and get a fair deal, instead, I was taken advantage of.

The service is terrible. They only offer oil changes on...

The service is terrible. They only offer oil changes on Saturdays. You can not reserve a rental if there is something wrong with your vehicle. They just tell you to wait and see. I had a loose bolt on my brand new Silverado inside the manifold. The extended “bumper to bumper” warranty I purchased through them didn’t cover it. How is a loose bolt not covered? I guess the $1,900 charge they were sticking me with was a bit too high for them to cover. They then said if I had a complaint I had to call GM myself. Thanks for going to bat for me. GM then said they would cover some of it. They dropped it to $560. So I buy a warranty to cover YOUR mistakes then pay more for such mistake that was no fault of my own. Thanks Jim Trenary of Union for absolutely nothing. Oh and I’m still paying for the “warranty”

They were all friendly and professional. Walked in just looking and left with our new vehicle! My husband is a HAPPY MAN!

Bad salesman

My experience here was awful. We tried to trade in a 2019 Laramie beautiful condition w all features like 12” screen and the unprofessional salesman was comparing our truck to a big horn which isn’t even close to being the same. I did say they were trying to “f” us when I was talking to my husband (because they were. The salesman John got up and walked away. I’m sorry if I said a bad word but his actions before I said the bad word was unprofessional and degrading. His action after I did was very unprofessional to just walk away when I was discussing with my husband and he was ease dropping. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Horrendous. Watch out for John. Ask for someone else if you have to shop here.

Jim Trenary of Union hasn't done me wrong yet. If it's just a regular oil change or something more labor intensive. They always communicate well and do not do any work without the go-ahead from th customer.
