Good job on all maintenance servicing performed. There was a problem with the state safety inspection. Although the vehicle passed the safety inspection, it took three visits in order to get it electronically documented so I could get the registration accomplished. This is the only reason I didn't rate 5 stars in all areas.

My salesman sold me a 2022 Chevy 4x4 1500 with 9 miles on it without informing me the heated seats or parking sensors work. Finance department sent a check to chase which bounced to buyout my remaining loan on the f150 I sold them. I had to make a payment on the f150 on day 29 after I sold them my truck so my credit wouldn?t be impacted. Every time I leave a voicemail, no one returns my calls. I?ve been in and out of the dealership 4-5 times since I bought my new truck on April 9th and this process still isn?t over due to the fact the dealership owes me money because I paid that one note.

Horrible customer service. Horrible vehicles. I bought a 2021 Traverse only to have it due a week later. Chevy still doesn’t know what’s wrong. I was told by a manager over the phone “ I have 5 more important things to do instead of take care of this.” Great quality service Chevy

Our Service tech was great! We had an appointment which made checking in easy. He provided detailed information on the Services we needed and how long it would take to get it done. Expectations were. set and met.

I had a tire problem today, right when I exited 249 at Parkway Chevrolet. I pulled into service, they took my car to a tech who said the tire was bad. They directed me to their tire center who changed the tire to a temporary spare. They did not have the tire needed. Neither place at Parkway charged me anything, and the personnel were friendly, helpful and concerned about my situation. I am not a customer of Parkway, but I was astounded at the level of positive interaction by their employees. Should the occasion occur, I will definitely recommend Parkway.
