Awesome Experience with Rick "Corvette" Conti

My wife and I purchased a 2011 Corvette Grand Sport. We arrived via United airlines from Atlanta to get the car. This was by far the best experience we have ever had. We were picked up from the airport by Roger, who was delightful. When we pulled into the dealership, our corvette was on display in perfect condition with a sign in the window congratulating us on our purchase (beyond classy!!). We met with Rick Conti immediately and could not have felt more special. Rick was awesome!! One of the most knowledgable and professional people I have ever met (absolutely Genuine). He actually went the extra mile and had the remotes programmed to my wife and I's preferences. We then met with Eli who took care of the paperwork in record time. Rick Conti will have our business for life!! An absolutely awesome experience!! Thank You, Jim & Rocio Berg

Great personality! Not pushy, Solved all concerns

I came in and I was in a panic because the car I had was over mileage. I had been to two other dealers including the one I had originally purchased the car for. Both of the dealers could only offer me a smaller car for $100 more of a payment. I was referred to Coughlin by many friends of mine. I reached out to John Riley who put me in touch with Kevin Richards. Between the two of them they found a car that was comparable to mine for $50 less a month!! I very much appreciate how they helped me out of my situation. I have every intention of staying with them for all of my future car purchases!! I traded a 2012 Toyota Camry for a 2015 Chevy Equinox. All of the staff at Coughlin are awesome!! Thanks again:-)

Coughlin has restored my faith in car dealserhips

Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus. Okay, maybe not, but there are honest people at Coughlin. You know how you go into a car dealership in defense mode and ready to deal with who-knows-what? I've bought many cars over the years and Coughlin is the first time I sensed I was dealing with honest and transparent folks that valued customer satisfaction. I was looking for a Chevy Volt and found they had the largest selection of anywhere I'd found in the Central Ohio area. Not only selection, but great prices, too. The buying process couldn't be easier and they treated me like a king...no, more like family. My only negative was that they failed to have the Volt charged up and ready to go in electric mode at pickup time, though they did have gas in the tank, which is more costly for them so I am grateful for that. Thanks to all who made it possible. I love my 2014 Chevy Volt and the peace of mind of having a good factory warranty and an extended warranty at a good price.

Shannon is awesome very knowledgeable!!

I went to Coughlin not sure if I wanted to purchase a new vehicle but needed to Make a change Shannon is very professional/knowledgeable no pressure salesman answered all my questions and more if you need a new vehicle he's your man!!!

Best car buying experience ever

We had decided not to buy and keep the vehicle we had after visiting the competitor in Canal Winchester. We were at the end of our lease & trying to decide what to do. When we got home, we had a note in the mail from Coughlin Chevorlet & my husband decided we would go & see if the terms were the same. Terry Goodin was a dream to work with. Knowledgeable, not pushy & presented the facts. The price was $108 less per month than we were quoted elsewhere and he & Keith even found us an additional $500 & redid our paperwork with no problem when we returned to drop off keys for our old car. Even our payoff was $200 less than quoted 2 days earlier. Great experience. Very professional. Honest. Would recommend talking with these gentlemen before you purchase anywhere else. Unbelievable. You will see us again. Thanks.

I sent an e-mail trying to find more information about a 1985 Corvette and had no response to my inquire about the vehicle.

Mr. Selby, I am ashamed that we have not contacted you regarding the 1985 Corvette. There is not an excuse that can be had for our lack of anything resembling professional follow-up. Handling of a major problem with a New Vehicle.

Handling of a major problem that resulted in getting a new Vehicle: I have to give Coughlin Chevrolet a A++++++ for handling this issue, there IS service after the sale. John Riley and Rick Conti were on top of this from the get go, kudos to both of them and the entire service staff.This problem happened on a Sunday evening and the first person I called was Rick Conti. He was right on top of it and the next call I received was from GM! If I ever purchase a Chevrolet in the future, you bet it'll be from Coughlin.

Excellent Sales and Service

We are extremely happy with our buying experience. John Riley always takes care of our vehicle wants and needs. He has went above and beyond to assist us with our purchase of our New 3/4 ton Diesel. We have had our service done with Nikki for years and this dealership is excellent and goes beyond what they really need to do. Excellent Dealership, Amazing Sales and Service

I purchase all my vehicles from Coughlin Pataskala. John Riley and Bob McCarthy always go the extra mile to make your purchase amazing. Matt and I recently purchased a new 2014 3/4 ton Silverado. We traded 2 late model vehicles for 1 and they made it happen for us. The Sales Associates are always friendly and helpful. I would recommend Coughlin above any dealer. They don't play games and if it's possible you will leave with the vehicle you want. Don't waste time at any other dealer. Coughlin's will treat you like family. The Service Dept. Is always available to assist you and work you in for oil changes and service specials. Nikki has been with the company for many years and is always friendly and helpful. 2014 chevy malibu 1

They worked really hard to get us exactly what we wanted and not what they had on the lot they searched hard to get what we wanted and did not push us into something that we already had . They worked very hard on the financial and they got here done for 3 years we tried and now we are 100% happy .highly recommended Thanks Joe from Marshall&lori
