Oil change

First time in along time I was greeted professionally buy your service employees! Service was for a oil change and I asked for the tires to be rotated . In the past 5 years of Teague service this is the only time they rotated the tires. Good work Teague Service Department!!!

We had a great buying experience at Teague Chevrolet. Imagine that, a pleasant buying experience at a car dealer. Our salesman, Vann Vanderburg was responsive, answered all of our questions, and made the whole process very pleasant.

Hometown dealership!

I brought my truck in for service and was noticing the newer trucks. My salesman Vann Vanderburg said let?s put you in one of those. Next thing I know I was out the door with a new truck, a lower payment and a no hassle deal in less than an hour. My dealership for life!

Service center is wonderful!

When I turned my car in for warranty covered repairs on Mon 12/16, because it was during the holidays, I was told it would be the 26th before they could probably even look at it. Then, on Friday 12/20 I get a call that it's ready. That was awesome! Thank you so much! Staff was very friendly as well!

They don?t like to do warranty work

I didn?t buy my car here but live in the community, so thought I would use Teague for my service and warranty work. You can?t just walk in and get service, every time I have taken my car there they acted like I inconvenienced them. I was having an issue with my battery and called and asked for help and they informed me they could send a wrecker but it wasn?t covered under my warranty. I called Chevrolet direct and both the tow and the battery were covered. I had a knot on my tire-which still had warranty left. They told us that only a portion would be covered under warranty which was fine, then when I picked my car up they said the damage was due to misuse and charged me full price for a tire, we took pictures of the tire before taking it in so we know there was no rub on that tire. I would never again use them for service let alone buy new from them. They ARE NOT customer friendly.

Janet Watkins, it is disappointing for us to hear that your experience was anything less than great. We strive to give the best service possible and given the information furnished to me by our service department the decision to cover the tire was not a decision we had any control over. Those decisions were based on the previous damage repair done to the tire. It appeared to have been patched prior to our having removed the tire from the vehicle. Given this information it was deemed to have been road hazard and not a defect in the tire. Because of this we were unable to get GM approval for the replacement. We are governed by GM policy and procedures concerning warranty work. Your battery was indeed faulty and was replaced under the GM warranty coverage. I am not certain on the tow issue but will be more than happy to check into this for you. We appreciate you bringing this experience to our attention. Great Dealership!

Had a great experience. Went to buy a used truck and found a very nice one owner. Brian in sales was very nice with no pressure. I would definitely do business with them again.

I was lOOking..

I went online looking for a black buick, possibly used but in good shape.. You had the perfect car for me. So, I'm saving up my down payment and HOPING it will still be there. Great online information and back up.

Always Great Service
