I've gone to Galles twice in the last few years, and
I've gone to Galles twice in the last few years, and purchased 2 vehicles. For both sales Zack (the car salesman) helped me in finding the right vehicle, and educated me on everything about the vehicle. I am an individual that is very cautious especially making large purchases. I also have a lot of questions. Zack really spent the time with me, to get to know me, answered all my questions in detail, and ultimately made me feel comfortable and confident with my purchase! It didn't just stop there! Zack followed up with me by calling me a week later to see how I was doing, and asked how everything was going with the car. That is superb customer service to me! I am now forever a lifelong Galles Chevrolet customer thanks to Zack and management!

From start to finish an amazing experience. Zack my salesmen answered all my questions clearly,even took my car to my home to make sure it would fit in my garage! The managers were amazing and got me a great deal. Lorenzo in finance worked hard to get me where I needed to be payment wise! I have had a couple past experiences with Galles and they always top the last one! Thank you all and especially Zack! Very professional and knowledgeable on product! You need to go to Galles and get the great service I did!

Bait and Switch masters - expect story to change
I walk in to ask about a car I found and priced online. The car was not in (bait and switch) so they give me a sticker for a similar vehicle (with price clearly listed) and I then ask to work on financing that vehicle. I sit down at the desk and the guy then brings over another paper and says that due to low inventory all cars are $5000-$10,000 over listed price. I simply walked out. I actually believe that bait and switch is an illegal practice.

Amazing service from both the sales rep Maria, the manager Juan, and Finance Manager Nicholas. Very clean cut, no runarounds, sat with and went through multiple vehicles and financial situations for us until they made the deal work. Have never received service like this at any dealership. Five stars!
