Worst service experience I have EVER had!! Dropped off my 2020 Corvette for an oil change, had them check wiper fluid system for leaks, and asked if they could install the upgraded SD card for the navigation system. Upon returning to pick up my car, I received a bill for $311.37!!! $187.00 to change the oil, and then they charged me $100.00 to take the old SD card out and put the new one in (literally a 30 second task)!!! I asked for the sales manager, and when he came over, I told him it was ridiculous to charge me $100.00 to replace an SD card that I purchased online. I told him i could have done it in 10 seconds, and he sarcastically said "then why didn't you?? He proceeded to lie to me to justify the blatant overcharge and told me it was a complicated process involved hooking up their computer, yada, yada, yada when in fact, it ONLY involved swapping SD cards. He then said "I am surprised he didn't charge you more. I could easily see him charging an hour." This service manager takes the terms disrespectful and unprofessional to another level!! He has zero customer interaction skills and is a VERY poor representative for your company. So HE is what you call a LEADER???? God help you. All this said, I did have an exceptional experience with a customer service representative, Kim Neighoff, when I dropped off my car AND when I picked it up. She was very responsive, asked the right questions, was respectful and professional, etc. Perhaps she should be manager your customer interface instead of the _____ I had to deal with. To top it all off, the maintenance guy did not even change the service sticker, so I can't be sure they even changed the oil!! Oh, and the service ticket left on my dash said to call a number "if you cannot give us a 10", so I called the number and got their voicemail....lmao. You can't make this stuff up. This is a shining example of "how NOT to run a service business"!!! Suffice it to say I will NEVER set foot on the Galles site again....EVER!!

Yes, our technician installed the SD card to update the maps on the vehicle. After installation of the SD card it did not work because the customers subscription to ON Star had expired, this created additional work for the technician that was working on updating the SD card. We actually charged the customer only half of the actual time the technician spent updating the card instead of the usual time. The customer could not have updated the SD card by himself as he states as he does not have the necessary factory equipment to update it. Thank you for your review.
I followed the instructions given with the SD card when i got home and got no error messages whatsoever, so not sure what this response is all about. Also, the REAL issue here is the TOTAL lack of professionalism exhibited by the service manager. He was argumentative, disrespectful, and had no social skills whatsoever. Perhaps that is why you didn't even comment on that in your respons? But, no worries, because you will never see me at your dealership again, and I will do my best to steer friends and family to a more respectful and professional service center that doesn't overcharge its customers. So if your goal is to drive potential future buyers, MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!!

I had a great experience working with the sales guys JT and Evencio. They made the process fun and easy! The sales manager Nick got me more for trade than I expected and a great deal on my trailblazer! The finance manager Jon Jon explained everything thoroughly and got me approved quickly! They treat you like family!

The crew workers, are really bad at helping out the costumers. I try to get my plates for my car, but I can’t because my car isn’t in the system and I try to call them, to see what’s going on. It’s been one month without help from them and trick me with my finance and charge me with the triple price. Is very bad service with Sergio Sierra and Kenny don’t trust this people, it’s so sad because is a Chevrolet company and they don’t have any professional service.

I want to complement Galles on the quality of the employees they hire. Matthew was my service advisor for my 2025 Equinox. He is very personable and calm and listened to my complaint that the driver side window wouldn't go up and down. He immediately assigned the task to a mechanic who found that it needed a part. Matthew ordered the part and when it arrived he called me to let me know. I just came back from there after having the new part installed. YEA, my window goes up and down so I can now go through the driveup at the bank and car wash. Thank you Matthew! Donna Tillman
