The first time I have ever been able to purchase a vehicle that I wanted locally. I have purchased out of state and in Sacramento because of price.

Our salesman, Tom Lee, went out of his way to make sure that we were able to get what we wanted. He sat down in the car with me and showed me how all the new computerized options worked. He explained the whole process of buying the car step by step. He has called to make sure everything is still okay and told me that if I need anything just call him and he will be available to help. I was in for an oil change & found the van I had been looking for on the internet. Right mileage/price/year, saved me a trip to Sacramento.

The dealership didn’t have the actual vehicle color and type that we wanted. But they were able to locate one and get it transferred to their dealership very quickly.

They fixed the truck and I as very impressed by the speed and quality of the work! The service writer and mechanic explained the repairs very well.

I dealt with James at Lithia and would recommend him to anyone. I felt very comfortable, no pressure. I have heard horror stories about car salesmen, but he proved them all wrong.
