Steve, our salesman, was great. He stayed 2hours overtime to help us drive our new (used) car home that night. This was the best service we've received when purchasing a vehicle. Everyone involved did a wonderful job! Fantastic customer service. Will definitely go to Lithia for our next car.

We purchased a Sonic and a 2 part protection plan from Lithia Chevrolet -a CPO scheduled maintenance plan and a Bumper to Bumper Limited Warranty. We drove the vehicle 80 miles to have the car serviced and an acceleration problem addressed by the dealership of purchase. 3 trips and 4 days later,the car was serviced but we were told that they would not honor the warranty portion. We were within the only time constraints listed...2 years or 24000 miles. Very dissatisfied and they did not care. The plan was misrepresented both in writing and orally.

I had visited several different dealerships looking for a new vehicle. That includes several trips to lithia chevrolet to look at trucks. I worked with josh every time I came into the dealership and finally ended up pulling the trigger on a 2016 silverado. I got an absolutely great deal on the truck compared to what every other dealership had them priced at. Cameron Watts was by far the best salesman. I never felt pressured to buy and he never made me feel rushed. He took the time to show me multiple cars and research other cars that were available. He worked hard to make sure I was happy with my purchase and that I got exactly what I wanted within my price range.

They got my car in so quickly and arranged a shuttle to transport me home. They did a great job and Brian went above and beyond! Thanks again!

Posted prices, discounts and the salesman were the reason I bought at Lithia. Trade in was on the week side considering its condition. pretty much ready to sell.

We brought our truck in for some warranty and recall issues. They were able to resolve all issues including one that another dealership said couldn't be fixed. Awesome!

The crew is changing and the service is getting better. Still not perfect but what is now a days. It's hard to find good help well let me tell you it's even harder to keep them. When you think you are doing everything right to keep them well your not safe. Be happy with this new crew
