Evan was AMAZING! I have not been very happy with Chevy in general and made an appointment to get my EV Bolt looked at for a tire rotation and when I showed up I was told I never had an appointment. Evan was able to get me in the next week and was very accommodating and kind. While my vehicle was there Evan kept me updated every step of the way and was always available to answer any questions I had. A part had to be ordered for my vehicle and I had to call to ask about it and Evan was on his way out and he still took my call and answered all my questions. I will for sure go back to him and his service department for any needs for my vehicle for as long as I have it.
