I recently leased a new GMC Terrain and I couldn't be

I recently leased a new GMC Terrain and I couldn't be happier. Johnathan, was incredibly knowledgeable about the 4 different vehicles I had my mind on, and he patiently answered every question I had. He even helped me compare the 4 different vehicles with all the trim levels to find the perfect fit for my needs. At one point, I decided I might want to purchase instead of lease, so he went through the options in that format as well. Unlike other dealerships I visited, surprisingly, there was absolutely no pressure to buy and absolutely no high-pressure sales tactics. Just to be sure I wasn?t making the process to easy on them; I decided on a vehicle that wasn?t on-site, but they located it and had it in the parking lot before the end of the day. The financing process was simple and transparent. Jacob clearly explained all my options and helped me secure a great interest rate. He found a few rebates that I wasn't aware of. I also appreciated the clean and comfortable atmosphere of the dealership (they are kid friendly!). This group is genuine and helped me find the right car, not just to make a sale.

These people are not interested in disappointing their

These people are not interested in disappointing their customers, for them the important thing is to sell and sell without anything else mattering. I contacted Brandon Huston Sales Manager to buy a 2022 jeep for my son that they had for sale, the price was agreed, we agreed that I would go the following Saturday for the Jeep. It would be a trip of approximately 4 hours from Miami, so I had to do some family and work planning. I also stopped looking at two other jeeps near here in Miami because I had already given my word that I would go on Saturday for their jeep and for me the word and commitment of a man is worth a lot. The day before the trip I checked their website and to my surprise I realized that they had sold it. No one ever contacted me even though they had my information, which disappointed me quite a bit because the communication with them had been very fluid and very kind. I was particularly interested in this dealership because of the good reviews, now I doubt that most of them are real customers... Here is the opinion of a real customer and the experience with them was very disappointing. Remember, car dealers, the Internet exists and bad reviews stay on the Internet forever.

Great dealership

We just took delivery of a new Buick envision. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Tom Miller. That alone is a statement of trust with Tom and the dealership. I would recommend them to everyone. Deal with the best!
