I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2021 XT6 from Hendrick Cadillac. My sales consultant, Conner Dogget, was absolutely amazing. I've experienced several pushy consultants; however, Conner was the total opposite. He was very informative, patient, and kind. I felt valued and a priority during the process. I needed some time to process and he gave me just that. I visited Hendrick Cadillac multiple times, and reagrdless of my ask, Conner and his team obliged. After finding what I was looking for, Conner was efficient and his team lead, Daniel Miklas, took care of me. I had a wonderful experience and look forward to enjoying my new addition our car family.

John Bell came out to greet us when we visited Hendricks

John Bell came out to greet us when we visited Hendricks looking for a used Escalade. He showed us what was available and we are getting with our credit union now to check on financing. It was a pleasure to work with him.

My car was serviced 08/2024.

My car was serviced 08/2024. The repairs are great, so far. The only concern was that it took my warranty company a while to complete their portion which did cause a few delays. But this was not the fault of Rick Hendricks' team. The team stayed on top of everything and stayed in communication with me. This meant so much to me. Daniel Evans was a joy to work with. He cares and demonstrates these qualities

Jessica Clarke did a very good job selling me a new Escalade. She is very pleasant, helpful and professional. No high pressure, just informative and helpful. I would definately buy another car from Ms. Clarke.

Service representatives took good care of my vehicle, and looking forward to returnng back to have my side mirror replaced , due to coming loose in car wash! Car was well cleaned and vaccumed.

Currently in the looking period of buying and Alyssa was very helpful to show me the vehicle I had inquired about and allowed me to test drive. I’m still deciding whether a Cadillac is the direction I want to go but Alyssa was such a great help, super sweet, and made sure I was taken care of my entire time at the dealership
