All I went in for was an oil change and tire rotation, but they said my tires did not need to be rotated on the work order they are checked off good(I know they forgot to rotate them or even look at them. They needed to be rotated badly). I went back for my next oil change and tire rotation I made sure they didn't forget to rotate them this time, but they said my tires were already junk. They said they will not do anything to help me because the tires have NEVER been rotated. I bought the car from these guys used, so if they have an even half decent mechanic he would of rotated the tires on the pre inspection because they have never been rotated in 14,000 miles. Now at 24,000 miles I have to buy new tires. Then they tried to sell me tires for $200 more than the guys at American Tires across the street for the EXACT same tires. I will never return I suggest you do the same. Too bad there is not a zero star, one is too many.

Great friendly staff and tip top service. Our vehicle was serviced within the projected time frame and was waiting for us when we arrived to pick up.

As always Kevin Roy performs. Kevin gives a good estimate of both time and money. April in parts does a fantastic job making certain the parts are on hand. Megan, Rebecca and Sandra in the office are always friendly and fun to talk with. Penny the van driver is friendly and prompt. I only wish I could afford to spend more time in the sales department ;)

Kevin's communication about my car repairs was excellent. Considering that I didn't have an appointment and they had to order the part, the over all turn around was great too!

Easiest car buying experience EVER!! In and out of the dealership in a little over 2 hours!!

We were on vacation visiting family when we started having shifting problems and a rear noise in our 2005 GMC Yukon Denali. I called and they were able to get It right in and diagnose it. They helped us out with a rental car and had it all fixed the very next day. Everyone was very curtious and great to deal with.

These guys are always friendly, they don't try to sell you a bunch of stuff, and they know what they are doing. My truck was ready when they said and they even washed it. Keep up the good work.
