My service advisor Nick and mechanic Robert are always courteous and knowledgeable. All of my issues are resolved quickly. Matters are explained in plain English. I am always offered a ride instead of waiting. I don't not have repeat visits for the same issues. I am always satisfied when I drive away.

On 3/25, I took my Cadillac to Joe Bullard to have my
On 3/25, I took my Cadillac to Joe Bullard to have my air compressor replaced, I explained to the service associate that I had it checked by someone already and was told I need the whole unit to be replaced. That's why I have warm air blowing out the vents, and the cold air is not working. I was told they will replace the unit. The Cadillac retailer gave me a loaner vehicle. I left and was told; it should be ready on 3/26. On 3/26, the service department called me and stated, the air compressor was fine. We tested it and didn’t find any problems, so I went ahead and fixed what I felt like the problem was, which was a leak in the evaporator valve. I was lost for words; Bobby did not call me or check with me to repair something different from what I asked to be repaired on my vehicle. They made this decision without my permission. When I came and picked up my vehicle, immediately while driving home my air conditioner was still blowing warm air out the vents. I called back and stated my air conditioner is still not working and you just charged me $2,400 for an item that didn’t fix the problem. I was also provided paperwork from the service department that shows there was nothing wrong with the air compressor when he checked it, but that was untrue. On 3/27, I took my vehicle back to the Cadillac retailer they checked it again, then stating the air compressor is not working. I told them it wasn’t working when I brought it in on 3/25. I feel like, I was taking advantage of because I’m elderly and a woman. After they fixed my vehicle, I was charged the full price for replacing the air compressor, I should not have been charged at all for a leak in the evaporator, when I didn’t ask him to fix that at all. I specifically stated replace the whole unit. Then he ran my debit card twice for the same amount and my bank account was put on hold, due to them thinking it was fraudulent. This is the worse experience by far, I have had with Cadillac service when it's normally a good service. I feel like I am owed the difference of my funds from what I was charged for the service. The paperwork is proof that he got over me. I wanted to write this review hoping someone will reach out to me about what happen with my service. Thank you, Ada Rogers

I had an appointment for an oil change on Monday 3-24-25.
I had an appointment for an oil change on Monday 3-24-25. When I dropped my car off at 9:30 am, no other cars were in line and not one person was waiting in the waiting room. Five (5) hours later I had to call to check on my car. Other issues were found with my car and Joe Bullard Cadillac wanted to keep it another one and a half to two hours more. FIVE HOURS FOR A OIL CHANGE AND INSPECTION IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!

We purchased our vehicle from this dealership. The transaction was very smooth and we were completely satisfied with our purchase. Little did we were being sold warranties we would never use! We found this out today, we asked to be refunded and told we could not be. I asked for the number to Ethos Care Car, extended warranty, Ethos Assurance and was given a wrong number, when asked for the website was, told they use a “portal”. Everything they said would be covered is not covered and Thomas in finance LIED to us point blank. Tells us one thing (this is covered and that is covered) but as soon as our Service advisor files a claim NOTHING WAS COVERED and Thomas’ lies became evident when we confronted him about what he had just told us over the phone changed when we were in his face! So buyers beware. We bought the lies for a hefty price. Don’t fall victim to all the ‘UP SELLING” that goes on here. I hope to hear directly from Ty Bullard just to let him know his employees are not in the “people business” at all!
