Bad experience from top to bottom in every way, all They care about is the all mighty buck, worst dealer I've seen in my 40+ years ... almost thought about switching and trading in all 3 of my GMs because Of the garbage experience with this place!! Buyer beware, they care about no one but themselves!!

I took my vehicle in for a recall on the lift gate... and asked them to please tell me how much it would cost to fix my heated seat... they billed me a $50 diagnostic fee for this... I was never made aware that there would be a diagnostic fee, and we live ina small town where I have NEVER been charged a diagnostic fee!! I called when I got the bill and ended up speaking with Mrs. McCready... she simply did not care at all... saying that it should always be implied that you will get charged a diagnostic fee... once again I have never!! I explained to her that I own 3 GM vehicles and they are the local GM dealer and I will never come buy a vehicle or even look in their lot... she didn't care she still wanted her $50... I'm still confused... I knew what was wrong I just asked for a price!! Since then I have had new breaks, struts and tires put on vehicles and all at a different shop... I will stick to my word!!

I had a great experience working with McCredy Motors to have my car serviced after a recent accident. They kept me in the loop on the status of repairs when they realized some damage had gone unnoticed by my insurance company and additional parts needed to be ordered. They were also very accommodating with my schedule for me to pick the car up. I would definitely recommend going here!

I's on my way to a Pony Pull when Bessey sprung a leak! Being that I'm a 3rd generation dodge owner I was a bit intimidated by all the fancy chevrolets in the parking lot. I wasn't sure how they would react when they saw an ol' dodge driven', pony pullin, country boy like me, but they were very welcoming! Once I got my rig towed to the shop they had it fixed in a jiffy! Oh, and I guess one of the guys there really liked horses. He kept pointing out the window saying "pony! Pony!" He ended up giving Juniper the carrots from his lunch which was awfully nice of 'em. Thanks, McCredy's for getting me there on time. I got 4th place!

I go to McCredy's for all my routine repairs. They have never been anything short of helpful. The speed of service is outstanding and they are always accommodating. If the appointment time is inconvenient for me, they will pick up my car and drop it back off at work before I am done. Prices are reasonable and I am always treated like a priority. I've also gotten extensive repair work done after an accident, in which case they provided me with a loaner vehicle. I will absolutely continue doing business with McCredy's and I highly recommend it to anyone else who values fast, friendly service.

Had to bring in my Cobalt to get my ignition switch repaired due to the recall. I put it off for a long time just because I couldn't go without having a vehicle for work. Come to find out, McCredy's was able to accommodate me and provided me a free loaner vehicle for the day while they serviced my car. I was also surprised at how fast they were able to schedule my appointment. Very friendly people, it was nice doing business with them. I will be going back.

I am a last minute kind of person. I called them up last minute and they were able to pick up my car for me, fix it, and have it back in the parking lot before I got out of work!! They were all so nice when I have needed to go in other times! Thanks McCredys for making me feel like family!!

I purchased my first car from McCredy Motors. The sales team was great and found me exactly what I was looking for within my budget. The service department has helped me with routine maintenance and when there was a problem with a sensor in my car they managed to get it in the shop,find the problem and fixed it right away. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Being recommended by a friend I took my truck to get an alignment and inspection. Seeing how they are a busy business I didn't expect to get in very quickly. I was able to schedule an appointment and get in right away. The people were great and service was even better. Got everything I needed done quickly and the right way. Definitely would continue dealings with them and recommend to anyone.
