Good Sales Experience

I decided that it was time to replace my car with something that would be better in the snow... a Jeep. I wasn't approached by any sales staff immediately which, in my opinion, is a good thing because it gave me a chance to look at the selection and find a model with the options I was looking for. There were a couple within the desired price and options range. When I was ready, I walked in the door and was greeted by a salesman named Walter who turned out to be pleasant and knowledgeable. I explained what I was looking for and within a couple of minutes he handed me the keys to a Jeep to test drive. After I returned, I decided to look at a slightly differently equipped Jeep mainly because I didn't like the color of the one I test drove and felt I could do without the power liftgate and push button start. I liked that one and Walter ran the numbers on what the price would be along with trade-in value and monthly payment. I stated that I wasn't ready to buy that day which he accepted and didn't try to apply pressure to change my mind. I like to sleep on it before I make any big decisions... like everyone should when making a big investment like buying a car. Anyway, a couple of days later, I called him and said I would like to purchase the Jeep. He said he would start the paperwork and see about getting a lower interest rate (which he succeeded). When I got there, the whole process took less than an hour. After I took possession of the Jeep, I drove it up to my parents to do what anybody with a new car does... show it off! While I was showing it off, I happened to notice that the front bumper had a few scrapes in it. Disappointed with myself for not noticing before purchase, I called Walter immediately. He said to bring it down the next day so they could take a look. I was a bit worried that they were going to say it was my problem but they said they would get it fixed at no extra charge and made an appointment with the body shop. The even gave me a pretty decent loaner car. The fix took two days, the amount of time I was quoted, and the Jeep looks fantastic. I am happy with my experience at Domiano's and plan on being a repeat customer.

REALLY?

With somebody in the public eye as much as Tony Domiano one would think that Mr. Domiano?s hand shake is worth something. We came to an agreement and Tony ordered a vehicle for me on November 2, 2013. I waited until December 10, 2013 for the Jeep to arrive at the dealership. When I showed up with my trade they said that the wholesaler is no longer interested in it and that we cannot do the deal with my trade involved. Keep in mind; this is a car that they already made an offer on. This dealer is first class classic car sales. There are plenty of other dealers willing to accept your money, go elsewhere.
