Awesome!!

Hard working, low pressure

I knew exactly what I wanted and they worked hard to make it happen. Didn't try to hit me up for a lot of aftermarket sales items is like a parking lot afterwards

very disappointed with my experience

to many wrong things in paperwork and wrong accessories but the person who showed us the operation of the vehicle was very good was very knowledgeable of the functions of car

Reduced Power Message

My 2017 Malibu started displaying a Reduce Power Message, brought the vehicle to Gross, within a few minutes diagnosed the problem as dirty oil, one oil change later and no problems. What could have been an expensive diagnostic and repair was around $100.

bought a used vehicle (as is). Rear end went out ifter 2 weeks. They fixed it at no charge.Will buy a new car from them this spring.

Oil change and feul filter

There is no reason that an oil change and changing the fuel filter should take 2 hours to get done. Then I get charged $172 just for that oil change and fuel filter. Gross over charged me and took to long to do a small job. Not happy with this service today

Awesome

Steve G. was wonderful as well as Patrick S. They were very respectful, honest and so great explaining everything. We would never take our business any where else. Gross Motors is beyond exceptional. Great people to work with.

Excellent Service

My vehicle needed it's first oil change, and also GM had a recall. The Service Department scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me, and my vehicle was ready when they said it would be.

2015 Equinox regular service

My brother took my Equinox in for scheduled service. Everything went ok as far as I know. Nothing that needed further work was noted on the multi-point inspection.

OIL Change

1st oil change on my new 2018 Nissan Kicks. Got in fast and done fast. Always have had great service from Gross on all the vehicles I've had over the last 9 years since we moved back to BRF.
