Hard working, low pressure
I knew exactly what I wanted and they worked hard to make it happen. Didn't try to hit me up for a lot of aftermarket sales items is like a parking lot afterwards

Reduced Power Message
My 2017 Malibu started displaying a Reduce Power Message, brought the vehicle to Gross, within a few minutes diagnosed the problem as dirty oil, one oil change later and no problems. What could have been an expensive diagnostic and repair was around $100.

Oil change and feul filter
There is no reason that an oil change and changing the fuel filter should take 2 hours to get done. Then I get charged $172 just for that oil change and fuel filter. Gross over charged me and took to long to do a small job. Not happy with this service today

Excellent Service
My vehicle needed it's first oil change, and also GM had a recall. The Service Department scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me, and my vehicle was ready when they said it would be.

2015 Equinox regular service
My brother took my Equinox in for scheduled service. Everything went ok as far as I know. Nothing that needed further work was noted on the multi-point inspection.

OIL Change
1st oil change on my new 2018 Nissan Kicks. Got in fast and done fast. Always have had great service from Gross on all the vehicles I've had over the last 9 years since we moved back to BRF.
