AVOID
I went in looking for a Colorado ZR2. The salesperson was extremely pushy and shifty. I caught him in lies and when I called him on them he doubled down into other obvious lies. He held me hostage by taking and keeping first my registration, and then the fob, for the car that I drove in with. I had to raise my voice and ask several times in order to get my key back and leave. Go through a broker before putting yourself through what I just did.

the jeep I bought has the left side of the dash missing it makes it looke like crap with out it the rest of the inside does not look good it's the beauty part of the jeep it just doesn't look right it could have been replaced and all you due is raid the price that's all in steed I'm told can't get it sorry I found it cost a little over 300hundred dollars could have done it.

SAFETY ISSUE AFTER PICKING UP CAR!! NOT BEFORE
I purchased a 2016 Chevy Trax brand new from a dealership that has since closed. The trax had a recall on the air bags. I wanted to give this car to my daughter so I called Whittmeier to see if they could look at it tell me if the recall had been preformed at the dealership I had purchased it at before it had went out of business or it still needed to be done. Over the phone they told me it is a simple reprogram fix. I dropped the car off at 8:45 in the morning. At 2:50 I get a call stating they have an update for me on the trax. Then Jesse the service advisor tells me the update was not preformed because the air bag control module was broken. That he had to pay out of his own pocket to have my car diagnosed. Something I never asked him to do NOR WAS I CONSULTED ON. I get there to pick up my car and he presents me with a 957.55 proposal to replace the air bag control module. The very same thing that had the recall. Fine the update was not able to be done. WHAT IS NOT FINE is when I get in my car to leave the air bag light is now on and flashing. It was not like that when I dropped it off. Also the back seat belt is locked in place and can not be used. The seat belt reminder does not go off all things that worked before I dropped the car off. So now for sure the air bags are not going to work the seat belts don't even work correctly. I should have been given the car back in the same condition I dropped it off in NOT WORSE.
