Had a serious problem with car while in Wolcott, motor
Had a serious problem with car while in Wolcott, motor kept shutting off, managed to get it to the dealership where they took it in right away and eventually found the problem and had to install a new part. Always Friendly, Great service!!

They were terrific back in 2010 and still are to this day! I've just purchased my 3rd Equinox. They have always make me feel like part of the Chevy family. They are reliable, dependable, knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. We love them and will not go anywhere else. My husband just purchased a Terrain last month...and he was a Ford man.

STAY AWAY
After driving 4 hours to finalize the deal and sign the paperwork I was then taken for a loop. This dealer used a method called “Bait and Switch”, this is where you get a potential customer in the door with bs numbers and switch them into a different contract. Everyone at the dealership wanted to point the blame elsewhere for the so called error in the paperwork. There was no resolution to the problem and the owner didnt seem to care that they had made the error and they weren't going to do anything to make it right. Place is shady and staff is scared to make decisions on their own. Not a small town mom and pop dealership, they are out there just like the rest to take all the money they can swindle out of you. Waste of your time .. stay far away.

Bait and switch dealer **** beware***
Shady dealer, switched contracts after customer drove 4 hours to pick up leased vehicle. Was told over the phone 15000mile lease, showed up to a 10000mile lease. Dealer lied. Wouldn’t change contract, left, wasted 10hrs

Mr Merkley ?, I am sorry that you had a negative experience. Though we strive for complete satisfaction, we are only human and we do make mistakes. This was not by any means a bait and switch tactic. That is not the way we do business. We did make a mistake. There was confusion in your pay off which definitely affected your payment. When my salesperson called to verify the amount he was told that the customer needed to be present to give us the quote. The figure we were using was incorrect, therefore the payment was wrong. We are sorry for this inconvenience. Having you drive an extended distance to then find the payoff was off by a tremendous amount is not a sales ploy. We did compensate for our mileage error at no additional cost to you. We were not able to cover a 3200 dollar discrepancy in payoff. I am sorry this day ended negatively for you. -Rick Neubauer

They treated me very well and gave me good advice. All of my repairs have been covered thanks to their recommended coverage plan. They always give me a loaner so I never have to go without or depend on others.

DONT BOTHER! RUDE STAFF!
Stay away! Drove nearly 2 hours to look at a used truck. After 10 minutes of "negotiations" without them moving one cent from their asking price I left. Surprisingly, Art Capron, my "salesman" called me next day and said he still hoped to make a deal. I immediately came up $500. Took him 24 HOURS to reply... When he finally returned my call, they had dropped $500. I immediately came up another $1500. Thinking the ball was rolling now. He told me he'd call me back...THAT WAS FOUR DAYS AGO.. Looks like these guys are willing to deal with saps who pay asking price and don't mind giving away their trade-ins. They have certainly lost the "Art" of negotiating....and my potential business.....
