I recently purchased a used vehicle from Victory Chevrolet and my experience, unfortunately, was marred by a significant issue: a faulty battery. The battery was dead, requiring a jump start before I could even leave the lot. While I understand used cars can have unexpected problems, I would have expected a dealership to ensure the vehicle was in a roadworthy condition before selling it. The dealership simply dismissed it as a minor inconvenience. However, two weeks later, the battery died completely and needed to be replaced. The salesman tried to blame me for the dead battery-victim shaming. I was subjected to a series of run-arounds and poor customer service. My calls went unanswered, and I was given conflicting information. It became clear that the dealership had no intention of addressing my concerns. They failed to identify and address a critical issue before selling the vehicle, leaving me to deal with the inconvenience and expense of a faulty battery. I would strongly advise potential buyers to be mindful or possibly seek alternative dealership that treats you fairly & makes customer satisfaction a PRIORITY.

Be Very Careful buying a vehicle from here!
Be Very Careful buying a vehicle from here!! They also have you buy a “ Warranty” that they DO NOT Honor , if your vehicle is not a Chevrolet !! After 28 days of purchase my Jeep broke down and i was stranded in another state! Had to have it towed , replace the battery, and the starter . After a couple months - AC stopped working - Needs new Compressor, HVAC unit , and Thermostat! This vehicle was sold to me BEFORE they did “ Their Inspection” which afterwards told me if they would have found something wrong they would have fixed it! They did not honor their “ words” also! I went there 4-5 times trying to get them to help me - and i was told “ they do not work on Jeeps “ for me to take it to a Jeep Dealership, ! This was so wrong on so many levels - I bought it from them paying 18 Thousand in cash . Pretty sad as i am a Disabled 54 year old woman that most def should have had a man with me to make a better decision when i bought this vehicle !!

"Required" Warranty
Was told by the sales provider in person that their warranty package was required and that "no car drives off the lot without it." I'm pretty sure that's bunk. I've decided not to go back to seal the deal because of this. They were super nice, but that was a turn off.

Worst service department! Don't waste your time , they don't listen to your problems! Go elsewhere if your time is precious, because they seem to lack training. Brought my truck in to fix a problem, to be told I don't have a problem, minutes after I left dealership, same issue

Stay Away
Purchase a car over a month ago and have yet to receive a title to be able to register the vehicle. Have called several times and no answer.

Good location but inconsistent.
Left with issues after regular maintenance on a certified pre-owned vehicle. Experienced inadequate service during subsequent visits and eventually chose a different dealership for regular service.

Beware hidden cost
The "Victory Certified" is a $1700 fee. My wife and I were shopping for a used suv. A vehicle that would never be serviced at that dealership, yet the fee would not be removed. I will never purchase from this dealership. The sales manager was the worst.
