Repair service can be questionable

I bought a low mile used vehicle there and later bought new tires for it. Was happy till one of the tires had a slow leak that required adding air 2-3 times a week. The service dept. told me that they could not find the leak and that they were not willing to take the next step they needed to take to find it. Instructed me to take it somewhere else to get it fixed. Do not expect them to go out of their way to help you with your service needs.

Customer Service doesn’t exist here.

Well I was a customer but I have left 3 voicemails in your service department in regards just to change my oil. I left 3 messages with my number and email almost 8 days later still nothing.

Overall car buying experience was outstanding.

Bought a used 2015 Mustang GT here in November. Just now getting around to complimenting them. Nick was a great salesperson that made the experience stress-free and Kim, the sales manager, was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this dealership. I will definitely be buying from these guys again. The best part of the experience was that they made me feel like I was in control of the process. No pressure whatsoever.
