Zero pressure Zero nonsense All very professional. I was at Serra from 10am - 5:47 pm on Tuesday. Got a car Serra honored the price Fixed a tie rod, fluids rotation sent it out to Rite Way Thankful for everything that happened Nick is a Gem. Dealership was outstanding. I've been going to Serra in Washington Twp for years and can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience. They've always been able to get me in on short notice and fix the problem immediately. I go there for everything car related now because I know that I'm in good hands. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Kelsey was at lunch when I've arrived but was smiles and asked about my service(s) my car was due for. Just an Oil change was needed, she did an overall maintenance check up on the computer since my last visit. Told me about the conditions of Wiper blades & tires, since we are going into early fall season. I appreciated that. Teresa had the day off, Kelsey stepped up and filled some big shoes, Thank you Kelsey for listening to me and telling me what's due in the coming maintenance mile marker chart. I'm very happy customer doing business with Serra Kia as of 9/02/2025
