Just bought my second vehicle from A-F Motors. They are fantastic to work with, great customer service and a very welcoming dealership. They are a friendly - fun team. They all work together to provide a great buying experience. Their service department rocks too!

We recently purchased our new 2024 Chevrolet Equinox RS

We recently purchased our new 2024 Chevrolet Equinox RS from A-F Motors in Adams, Wisconsin. We are very pleased with how we were treated throughout the entire process. Our Salesman Todd Stanzer was helpful and courteous and made sure our requests were take care of. The Dealer Principle Tadd Wormet helped locate the exact vehicle, equipped the way we wanted and in the color we desired. We feel we received a fair trade-in price for our six year old Chevrolet Equinox (also purchased at A-F Motors) and our entire purchase transaction went without a hitch. We have purchased a number of vehicles from A-F Motors in the past and have always felt like we were treated like family by their sales and service staff. Thanks goes out to the entire team at A-F Motors.

Return Customers for a reason.

We have bought our two most recent vehicles at this dealership. Great customer service and friendly staff are a plus. Tad, Kara, and staff are a joy to work with and we will continue to go to this dealership when the need arises.

Dishonest Service

I had to write another review. I’ve been using their service for a car detailing. At first, I thought they’re not so bad. But, as the second and third time going there I noticed that they’ve been disregarded and neglected the same dirty spots that are in my car. I only did interior car detailing with them and they couldn’t get rid the dirty spots in my car. As the fourth times coming in, I’ve documented the same dirty spots and talked to them about to get it cleaned. They claimed that they did clean it up. The service manager however even swore with his mother’s name (I don’t know why) that he saw that the detailer did clean the dirty spots and will provide the video as the evidence he claimed. This time, when we found out that the dirty spots are still intact, his excuse was “not every dirty spot can be cleaned”. Before, his excuse was that he did not see the dirty spots. I had to took pictures before the service so I can back up my claims against his words. Then, at the very same day, after the service, we did notice not only the dirty spots are still intact, they even missed the dog saliva that smeared on my interior rear window. I had to documented that and took pictures as our evidence showing that they DID NOT do a perfect car detailing that they should do. I paid total over $300 for their services for the last three appointments not knowing that they did not do a great job but they also LIED to their own customers for the service they did. I will talk to the owner about this. Pictures below. The spots are still there. Intact. Untouched. And so the dog saliva that are smeared on the interior rear window. We have pictures taken before and after the car detailing.

They’re not honest

My friend went there four times and they couldn’t get rid of the same dirty spots that are in her car. They did not even touch it and even missed another new spot that my friend has with her car before her fourth appointment. I’m just glad she took precautions and documented everything before and after the service. What a shame to lie to their own customer. If you don’t clean the dirty spots then don’t say that you did and still charging her for service fees. Being dishonest is very bad for your business.

Awesome service!!

Excellent Experience

Excellent experience overall. They took the time to listen to us describe what we wanted and presented us with multiple options that met our "requirements". They helped us find all the possible rebates that could be utilized, the financing process was easy, they were competitive with the rate we were provided. They also made sure to involve both my husband and me vs just talking to my husband as other dealerships have. They took the time to make sure I understood all the features on the vehicle we purchased.
