This dealership is one of a kind they pulled my credit took a deposit from me and had me drive twice two different cars and then they told me soory the car was sold already, the next day they told me they found another car for me and send me the entire information with the Vin number for me to be able to order insurance which I did, and then I called them to see what time I can pick up the car they said I'm sorry the car was sold to someone else, on top of it all this takes the cherry on the cake I call the head manager to discuss the matter with him and all he said was no worries will just give you back your deposit have a great day. The worst service I have ever experienced with a dealer, I own a escalade, BMW, Honda, and a audi, never have I had this type of experience with a dealer. Good luck to them

My husband and I purchased a GLS450 with Greg. His customer service was exceptional! We were buying out of state due to the low volume of vehicles in our area. He made the process very easy and his down to earth attitude and humor made this experience, exceptional! We will definitely purchase another car only from Greg in the future.

This is my sixth lease with Ray Catena of Union.
This is my sixth lease with Ray Catena of Union. After the experience with my last lease, I was ready to leave the brand. I was very disappointed with some of the challenges from the first run of the current C class model and I had actually purchased a car and was going to end my relationship with Mercedes and Ray Catena. However, the dealership was great at helping me to understand the shifts in production since Covid and truly honored my long time loyalty with the brand. Not only did I get a great deal, I got a beautiful ride. Im looking forward to smooth rides with this beauty.

They had our vehicle in their care for about 10 weeks,
They had our vehicle in their care for about 10 weeks, sent it to body shop as per service rep, and was told by body shop they can not return car to us because nothing was fixed. Body shop which was excellent had to clean up the mess. Took another 2 weeks but did the job to the T, not Union Ray Catena Service department. Embarrassment.
