Vehicle had hail damage

Sold me a vehicle with hail damage. I didn't notice it till I got home but they could have disclosed this information.Needless to say if I would have known this I wouldn't have bought it. Not happy with this dealership.

Absolutely great service

Nick Brenton was wonderful, and went the extra mile to help my wife, and I find the rite vehicle and worked to make sure we went home in it. He went above and beyond! Rick was amazing helping us with the banking and financing. We will be back!

Great follow -up about unbeatable deal!

Had been following a couple of Toyota Sienna's online and had been in contact with Levi. Were going to check out some more local vans first when got an unexpected call from Kyle, on Levi's behalf about a "big sale" and price drop on a van I had been following/emailing Levi about. We turned around from where we and drove straight there...price was too good to pass up! Actually dealt with Mike Allen actually handled the sell as Levi was out. Everybody we worked with was great, including financing! Will definitely recommend to other and will return whenever we need another vehicle!

Just a few issues of concern

When the tech informed me that I really needed new tires (and he showed me their wear status), I mentioned that I would be purchasing new tires at Sam's Club within the coming week. This service e appt. was for an oil/filter change and tire rotation. If the tech were truly interested in my service satisfaction, he could've easily suggested that I forego the expense of having my tires rotated. (It didn't occur to me or I would've mentioned it myself.) Next (as I was driving home), I found two black, greasy fingerprints on my headliner and visor. I know they weren't there before the service appt. Lastly, I keep a large bath towel over my floor mats, in an effort to preserve them from serious dirt, grease, etc. Normally, the techs would place paper mats in the floor before servicing. Since I have a towel in place, they don't use the paper mats. While I don't have a problem with that, I do have an issue with the towel(s) being bunched up, revealing my carpeted floor mats. This negates the purpose of having a towel in place. This is the first time I've written a negative review. Normally, I am extremely happy with my service. But, after 4 years or so of using Landers McLarty as my sole service provider, I feel they could be getting lax in customer service satisfaction and attention to detail. Note: I don't have my invoice handy, so I don't know which tech did the work. (I had to indicate a name to complete this survey, so I chose from memory. But, it may not be the correct person.)

4th car

this is the forth car i have bought from brian porterfield, i called him mon afternoon, to ask about a truck, he took for a drive, and called me back shortly after to tell me in his opinion was a good truck. i came up tues and after much negotiation, and wondering if it was going to happen, left with it that evening, washed, and and gased up. brian has always been easy to work with, and a great guy, who knows how to make a deal happen. thanks again brian. love my truck! richard in the office was also pleasent to work with. david riley huntsville al.
