Write a reviewGreat People and a Great Price...
I bought a 2007 GMC Acadia at Trade Zone at a great price. Saved a substantial amount over other local dealers. Rich was really helpful and answered all of my questions. I was weary at first because of several reviews I had read but I did my homework. The majority are cars sold online at a wholesale price and shipped all over the country, they had nothing to do with the actual dealership itself. I'm glad I took the time talk to Rich, I got a great deal! I will be buying a car here for my daughter next spring.

4th time and all good
I have bought and sold at The Trade Zone and working on another. The salesmen were great and thankfully I never had to worry about repairs! I think we have narrowed it down Pat, see ya soon!

NEVER AGAIN
My boyfriend and I had just recently bought a 2002 Nissan Altima from Trade Zone and were quite unhappy to find out a week later that there was rust underneath the car. After bringing it to a family friend mechanic, he then told us it was rotted through the frame and is unfixable. Also we checked the oil and realized it was bone dry. After adding oil, we discovered an oil leak. So after contacting the owner of this dealership he said he would have one of his guys take a look at the car and asked us to come back in a few days. We had returned on the day he had told us to come by just to discover he was on his vacation. How funny that he just happens to be on vacation the days he asked us to come by. It has been 2 weeks and we have still yet to get a phone call from the owner. I know this is an as in, no warranty vehicle but when asked what issues the car had, we were told nothing. Im sure we will never get the phone call to come back in, and we will be left with the bill of what CAN be fixed. Im very disappointed with how this went and I will now inform anyone who is interested in this dealership to stray away and its a waste of money, time, and you will most likely be lied to about multiple things.

Trade Zone auto sales are the best !!!!!
I should have put this review in a long time ago..me and my husband bought our 2002 Dodge Dakota pickup from David at Trade Zone Auto Sales. Our experience was wonderful... the guy totally went out of his way to help us. When we were looking over the truck we noticed the air conditioner was not working we told David and he went out of his way to make sure it was fixed and didn't charge us anything... We have twin toddlers and it was the beginning of summer so he said he wanted to make sure they were comfortable and happy in our new/used vehicle. I would buy every car that I ever own from Trade Zone Auto Sales.

Vehicle in poor condition not advertised as such
Found a nice looking Rubicon 2 hours from my house, so I had an independent mechanic out to inspect it and take pictures before I made the trip out to the dealer. Between the rust, missing electrical connections, faulty latches, failing transmission, and interior condition, this vehicle was nothing like it was pictured to be online. When confronted about it over the phone, their salesman continued to try to get me to "come in and talk about it" with him, so he could show me how great it was himself. I suppose he didn't realize I had pictures, and I wasn't merely taking the mechanic's word over the phone.

Wrong Pictures
They're advertising for a Audi a4 and had Chrysler Serbring photos up in place of the audi. I would not trust this business, they obviously put no time or effort into their ads and are careless. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Trade Zone Auto Sales -Think twice before buying!
Over the past decade, I have purchased several cars for me and the family and almost every one has been a long distance purchase. The Internet has made it easy to find the exact vehicle you want at the right price even if it is across the country. I have always had good luck in buying this way going through a dealer, asking the right questions, looking at photos and then having it transported based on the information I received. Well, I was in the market for a pickup truck and Trade Zone Auto Sales had what I was looking for. They had a very detailed on-line ad with 30+ photos and a 50minute walk around video which included a test drive. Jeff Basile, their n-line salesmandid the listing and made a point of describing any little issue which I thought was positive. Things such as slight scratches, a little dirt on the bedliner, a drink tray that had come loose from the track . . . those were the biggest things that were pointed out. In several conversations over the phone, Jeff again confirmed that the truck was perfect, had no heck Enginelight on, and would make it across the country with no issues. I even asked about the floor mats which I did not see in the photos and he said that they were included but had been detailed when the photos were taken. OK . . . sounds like a great transaction at this point no? Well I had it shipped down from NJ to SC and that is when the unstarted. It was unloaded from the transport truck and as I drove it home, I thought the rear window was open - wrong! The rear window was MISSING! That right, missing and when I called the dealer, they admitted it had been that way when they received it yet Jeff said it was an oversight and he forgot to mention it. A scratch on the paint is mentioned yet the missing rear window was not! Jeff said that he would not cover the $290 it cost to replace it since they would have gotten one from a junk yard for free and replaced it when I asked why they did not do that, he went silent. The truck also made a cyclic rubbing noise that was unmistakable especially with no rear window! Turns out that the U-Joints were totally shot and had to be replaced at the cost of $175. The mechanic said that in looking at how bad they were, it had been making that loud noise for a while. Jeff would have had to hear it even driving it on the lot yet failed to disclose that issue. So the next day I drive a mile or two and the SERVICE ENGINE SOON light comes on and a mechanic verifies that the condition was pre-existing and they were certain that the code had been cleared for the photos and video on-line. This was another $350 repair. A few other issues such as the floor mats which were to have been included were never provided, the power mirrors did not work (Jeff later stated that he simply said it HAD them not that they worked), the interior of the tailgate was unattached when the tailgate was opened (probably explains why the video never dropped the tailgate) and the power locks work intermittently. Once the money had been sent to Jeff, getting any response was almost impossible and calling the dealership was an effort in futility since the owner / manager said that Internet sales were ot my problem They refused to make things right or even meet in the middle instead offering a measly $75 and ignoring the request to send the floor mats as promised. Trade Zone Auto Salesweb site touts that they have been in business since 1977 and they may very well sell low priced, well-used cars locally but it is clear that Internet sales are not their area of expertise and dealing honestly with long-distance clients is also something that they are not proficient with. If you are thinking of buying a vehicle from Trade Zone Auto Sales and deal with Jeff, make sure you lay eyes on the vehicle and take it for a long test drive or you may very well find yourself making friends with your local mechanic or auto parts store.
