Chris Campell is a great salesperson, I called him told him what I was looking for and he nailed it. I have bought two trucks from him now and I will never buy from someone else again. We live over an hour away from the dealership so we never even went and looked at our new truck, but when it pulled into our driveway all we could do was smile it is exactly what we were looking for.. Thank you so much Chris Campbell see you in 2 years when our lease is up.

The team here at Szott made my buying experience very personable. They, for lack of a better term, welcomed me into the Jeep family. I had a very good buying experience with my Salesman Scott Myers. You should look him up when you arrive. My experience was so good that I am looking forward to my next one with him next year when we pick up my wife's new Jeep. I liked that I received calls and emails from the "players" at the dealership. I logged everyone into my phone and I know who to contact for whatever issue I may have in the future.

I contacted this dealership several days ago so I could purchase a charger that was for sale on their Lot. We were wanting to purchase it for $500 off of the sticker price they were listing it at and were very polite to them on the phone. They declined and did not want to sell it. They didn't even want to come back with a counter offer...just a flat out "No". Sounds fishy and its very disappointing that they were not wanting to sell this car for some reason. This is a shame for them especially since we were willing to go up to the full asking price if they would have thrown another offer back. I've never come across a dealership not wanting to sell a car that they have on their lot for sale! This had nothing to do with financing as i would have financed it through my bank if I were to have gone to Michigan in person (not through them in the first place). I feel like they must be selling to buyers that will finance through them only and this is not right. When in the long run, it is very likely that they will not end up finding a buyer to offer them full asking price for this vehicle in the first place. Extremely disappointed in this dealership and quite frankly am in disbelief that this is how they would run their business. Again, I am trying to be as polite as possible even after this has happened and would have been an excellent buyer to work with. I still don't fully understand why they would have acted this way to a paying customer.

Fast and courteous service. Went above and beyond to work with me on purchasing the vehicle I wanted. I would definitely buy from them again.
