Top notch service from the beginning to end and afterwards...I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone wishing to purchase a BMW.

Absolutely the worst car experience ever. After working for two days via phone and email I came to an agreement on a 2013 x3, an appointment was set to do paperwork and my wife and I drove 125 miles one way to do the deal. The car was horrendous, scratches galore, chipped paint amd when we opened the door sand and dirt was everywhere. In no way is this how you display vehicles for sale, another note the vehicle was a retired loaner and the paperwork the dealer gave me the day before showed 400 less miles then was actually on the car. So the car was continued to be used by the dealer. Jessica is the worst sales manager and didn't even care.

Very helpful in getting negotiations started and located a car with chosen options in a time efficient manner. We have worked with him on past leases and purchases.

I walked into the dealership late on a Sunday about 45mn before closing. Mark was attentive, helpful and willing to stay late (till 9:30pm) and help out with my trade in. I traded in an 07 750 and purchased a 2012 CPO 750. I also had the pleasure of working w the SM Mike, who was extremely professional and also willing to go the extra mile.

If you're shopping for a BMW, go here! Had a great experience getting my new car. The salesmen, Juan, was super friendly with the deal! Oh and a funny story... I locked the keys in the car I was going to trade in, and Luis from the service department helped me get them out. Overall, it was an awesome experience, and I recommend going to this particular location!

The lack of professionalism at this dealership is overwhelming. I would highly recommend that you instead go to a dealership where your time is respected, there is integrity and you will not be treated with such a disdain for your business. I am sorry that I purchased my car at BMW Encinitas and not BMW of San Diego.
