Buyer beware

It's my fault for still thinking a mans word has meaning. Was told vehicle was inspected and had no issues and serviced. Car broke down on the interstate in less than 20 mins. They wouldn't take responsibility. Over 7000 is the cost required. Buy elsewhere.

TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP!

Terrible customer service! They would not reply to my questions about a couple of their cars I was thinking about pursuing, I even filled out the credit application online and still nothing, no reply, no call, no email, this has to be the worst dealership with the worst employee training. Stay far away from this place, like I said, TERRIBLE!

Awesome Dealership

I looked for several weeks for a car, i was very picky in what i wanted as i knew i would have this car for years to come. i finally found the 2015 Toyota Highlander that i had been looking for. I had found a few before this but before we could get to any of the dealerships they had sold the car. This was not the case with Luxury Cars of Lexington. Tony and his staff went above and beyond to help us get our car. Tony was very responsive and did everything that he could to help us. We drove 4 hours to pick up our car and we are so very happy that we did.

Awesome Dealership

I looked for several weeks for a car, i was very picky in what i wanted as i knew i would have this car for years to come. i finally found the 2015 Toyota Highlander that i had been looking for. I had found a few before this but before we could get to any of the dealerships they had sold the car. This was not the case with Luxury Cars of Lexington. Tony and his staff went above and beyond to help us get our car. Tony was very responsive and did everything that he could to help us. We drove 4 hours to pick up our car and we are so very happy that we did.

Disappointed

Found this car on Car Gurus. Purchased online and paid for shipping. Had to find my own private shipper and the car lot tried to make me pay another delivery fee. Finally convinced car lot I was not paying more than quoted delivery fee and staff was rude to shipper. Received car and they failed to mention it needed a new windshield was never detailed so car was filthy and smelled of smoke. Will not be a repeat customer and would not recommend doing business with them for anyone else.

The place to purchase your next used cat

Did a long search for a truck after traveling from one end of SC to the other being sadly disappointed in trucks looked at and drove came back to Luxury Cars of Lexington. Their used trucks were by far nicer, cleaner than all I had looked at. Also Lamar was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we test drove and eventually purchased. Tony made the purchase process seemless and straight forward. Got a great deal at a great price. If you want a clean, nice low mileage car Luxury Cars is the place to go. Service after the sell has been exceptional. Keep up the good work.

These guys find the unicorns.

Recently bought a 2013 Passat SE with 70000 miles. Tony told me on the phone “it was an unicorn “ He was right after making a 2 hour ride down to see him I just knew he was giving me a line. It was was every thing he said . Only quality well maintained cars on his lot. Thanks guys. Definitely recommend these guys if your looking to buy a car .

I love my new Buick!! These guys put forth effort!

So pleased with the surface and the effort to get me a vehicle the price of the vehicle was even lowered so that I could purchase! I thought that was pretty cool and the guys over there are very nice and it's a legit business and I would highly recommend that this to anybody that needs to buy a used car I looked out and got the car of my dreams thank you guys so much!

Scammers Luxury Cars of Lexington

I purchased a car in May 2021 and sold it in one month so I canceled my warranty witch is with GWC Warranty they sent back my refund and Luxury Cars of Lexington stole part of my refund and service is terrible from the Mgr. Tony Shafie (Fahhad Al-Shafie) very poor customer service I would not recommend
