The man is rude and ignorant the way I was talk to my car was there for 3 1/2 hours for an oil change they also took it for they must’ve took it out for lunch cause there was 5 miles on the dashboard extra all the lights are on the dashboard. They said it was my job to take them off. I will never go back to McGrath Honda on Oak Park Avenue in grand Avenue again. My salesman was very nice, but the service department sucks in plain English English.

I just bought a new Honda Civic from McGrath and the experience was excellent. My salesperson was knowledgeable and straightforward. The rest of the sales staff was helpful. No pressure tactics, lots of useful information.

It was busy when I arrived for an appointment. It took a little to check-in, but worth it. Great advisor, very thorough, and does not give off a busy, rude, or pushy tone. He was able to help me get the services needed on my car, and took his time to work with me.
