Serge was awesome with my trade in and ensuring I got the new jeep I was looking for and quick with financing, Oliver was superb with paperwork going above and beyond with helping me register it out of state. After getting the run around from another dealer and pretty much told no-go, my wife made an appointment with Kervin at Done Deal Motors. Kervin took the time to listen to us and showed us a couple vehicles and was very patient with us and very knowledgeable on each vehicle. From start to finish this was the best car buying experience one could ever have. Having so so credit I was skeptical but they took the time to listen and made it happen. The car and SUV selection is amazing and detailed to perfection. Oliver in the financing department was amazing and really made this happen, we could not have been treated better, her undivided attention made this car buying experience incredibly easy and stress free. I left a msg for the dealer to contact me regarding my interest in one of their trucks. next day one of their guy text me to see if I still interested in buying the vehicle. I asked him whats the best he can do for me as far as the price goes. he said they have the lowest price in the market for the vehicle. I then asked him about the report of the damaged on the truck and that is when he NEVER respond back. BAD salesman, took him 30 minutes to respond to my first text and then never got back for the second. don't worry I will never set foot in your shop. I'll take my hard earned $ and shop somewhere else where they actually have the time for me....smh.

In search of a Range Rover sport, went to done deal motors, was greated by sales staff upon walking into dealership. Excellent attitudes. Took out a Range Rover sport for test drive and loved the vehicle. Came back gave all my info on a Saturday. Monday morning received a phone call from Oliver that my approvel was all set. Went in to sign all the paperwork with Oliver who I must say was a laid back excellent person to deal with. 20 min later myself and family were off in out new 2011 rangerover sport . I would highly recommend this dealer to friends and family and anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. They all had excellent attitudes and not pushy at all. I've never had such an amazing experience at a car dealership! I brought my vehicle in to assess its trade in value, and received a very fair number within two mins. From there, I test drove the 2015 Infiniti and agreed to purchase it after thinking about it overnight. Told Sergey I'd be in the next day and when I arrived, they had secured a great interest rate through Wells Fargo on my behalf (after applying for financing on the Done Deal website), all the paperwork was ready for my signature, and I was back out the door within 10 mins.... No joke. 10 mins! Oliver was fantastic from a finance perspective, and the dealership as a whole is well structured, reputable, Grade A operation from start to finish. I recommend them highly!

Have been in search of a Range Rover sport super charged model. Came across Done deal motors in canton,ma. Was greeted by Serge, and Kervin Took out a2011 Range Rover for test ride, absolutely loved it. Went back into dealership gave Krevin and Serge all my info. Monday morning I received a call from Oliver Loonie in financing that my approvel was all set. Went in to sign all the paper work with Oliver who was excellent and was done in about 20 min. Serge and Andre were very nice and stayed until 9pm showing us cars. I wasn't looking for a car but Serge showed me a BMW X5 that I couldn't live without. So not only did my friend buy the Range Rover I also bought the BMW. Oliver was so kind and patient with us thru the paperwork process. The BEST car buying experience ever. Now Serge is looking for a BMW convertible for me. This dealership has an incredible selection of luxury cars. It's worth the 2 hour ride from Maine. Thank you Serge and company for all your help!
