Bought a vehicle from Lancaster Car Co. and was very pleased. The salesman, Kevin, really put all of his effort in getting me into a vehicle that day as I needed a lot of help. I would highly recommend buying from here. Check them out first if you are looking for a used car. They are fair and will address any issues. Excellent.

This is the 4th dealer we went to. We should have went to this dealer sooner! Ritchie was very pleasant to deal with. The whole time we were there, we didn't feel like we were pressured to purchase the truck. Ritchie even sent the old stereo that I wanted out of the old vehicle and paid for a minor repair when I took the truck to the shop. This is what a car buying experience should be! Thank you guys!!!

My long distance car buying experience was a little frightful, starting with my first cold call to Ritchie at Lancaster Car Company on Saturday. He answered all of my questions with expert answers, did not pressure me with questions, and I told him that I was out of town and would call him upon my return home on Monday. I called him, hoping the car had not sold over the week-end, and asked more questions and sealed the deal. Ritchie helped me get into contact with a transport service and the car left PA for SC! I, meanwhile, wore the website out scoping the pictures of the car from all angles! The dealership sent the title to me overnight, after receiving my cashiers check, and I am the proud owner of an Audi A4 convertible. I would highly recommend this dealership for its honesty, non-pressured very capable service. I just wish that it wasn't so far from here, so that I could pop in and meet everyone in person!

We were in the market for a gently used SUV for our family. We had two trades and a budget in mind. We worked with Kevin and had one of the most enjoyable car buying experiences ever. He listened, was not pushy and genuinely had our best interests in mind. We were able to trade in two of our vehicles and walked away with a vehicle that fit our families budget and needs perfectly. We had been looking for a new, safe car for our family for almost a year now. We saw a 2004 Cadillac CTS was newly listed and drove off the lot with it the same day! My husband and I are still smiling from our experience at Lancaster Car Company. The vast selection and trying to decide which car to buy was the only thing that made this decision difficult. There is much to choose from in the way of good cars, in great condition, at good prices. Ritchie Keister is a wonderful point of contact and made us comfortable throughout the entire process. He answered all of our questions and never made us feel pressured to buy. We are so happy with our new purchase and will be back when it is time to replace our other car. From the first email to the signing of the paperwork, Ritchie was responsive, communicative, and professional. I asked a lot of questions, and he got back to me with every answer, including sending audio/video for me to hear and see the car starting. He picked me up from the Amtrak station on time, in the car. Excellent customer service and honest salespeople are hard to find these days. Lancaster definitely went above and beyond for me!

These guys have really got their ship together! I've been buying cars since 1963 and this was by far the best deal and the easiest transaction I've ever had. Though nine years old with 53k on the clock, Blue Beauty Bimmer Babs looks and drives like she just came off the showroom floor with zero miles. On day two I took her on a 400 mile road trip and she was flawless, fast, and fun. The guys at Lancaster Car were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and more than willing to bend and deal to accommodate my needs. They certainly know how to pick the right cars, price them properly, and sell them in a straightforward and honest manner. I'm already in love with Babs even though we barely just met. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Lancaster Car Co. Kevin May was wonderful to deal with. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle that was being sold and was very low pressure. We drove 1 1/2 hours to get there and it was worth it! They have very good quality used cars. You cannot tell that the car that we purchased is 11 years old, it looks that good! We had a minor issue with the vehicle on the drive home and they let us take it to our mechanic instead of driving back there. They paid our bill 100%. We would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them.

Was in search of a decent reliable car for my disabled parents to use to drive my 7 month old son in that would be safe for them and him. The car had to be handicapped friendly and comfortable and affordable. I thought it was a tall order but my parents and I searched the internet and carlot after carlot in hopes that somewhere this tall order could be fullfilled. One day, on a tuesday, my parents, myself ,and my son where heading back home from looking at one of those large carlots when we saw Lancaster Car Co. It looked like a carlot that had cars that were way out of my price range..boy, were we all in for a surprise! Kevin May greeted us and told us that he was not going to bother us in the way that larger carlots would. He simply told us that he was available to help us if we needed him. We searched the lot and didn't think we saw the car we had in mind. Kevin asked us what we were looking for and we told him. Kevin pointed right behind us and said that he had a car that sounds like what we said we were looking for. He was soo right!!!! It was what we were looking for and so much more!!! Kevin is so friendly and down to earth and really made us feel comfortable in our car search! Kevin said that he and a coworker test drove the car to make sure everything was in great working condition for us! On the day we picked up the car, Kevin stayed way after the lot was closed to answer all our questions about our new car and told us the gas tank was filled too! Purchasing from Lancaster Car Co was the best experience we have ever had especially purchasing from Kevin! I HIGHLY recommend them!!!! Thank you so so much Kevin! Mom and my son LOVE their new car!
