Honda of San Marcos are the best!

Honda of San Marcos are the best! They have been servicing our cars since 2005 and We have purchased 3 Cars from them. Their Service dept is the best out there! Monty and Dusty Treat us like family.

I’ve been using this dealership to have my 2020 Passport

I’ve been using this dealership to have my 2020 Passport serviced since I moved to the area 4 years ago and have had a positive experience every time. The staff is always friendly and I never feel like they’re pushing me to get something I might not need. I always leave there feeling confident and like I got a great deal!

I stopped to get an oil change before going on a 15 hour

I stopped to get an oil change before going on a 15 hour car ride and Jacob was very helpful, I was able to get in and out fast. He understood I wanted to get on the road.

Overall, a great dealership with excellent customer

Overall, a great dealership with excellent customer service and very affordable pricing from a new car experience to service. Took my car in for regular maintenance and they always took care of me and Monty was especially customer focused.

Just purchased our 3rd Honda from Honda San Marcos. These guys are the very best. I've known Montey, David, and the crew for 10+ years. There is absolutely nothing I would change about the buying or maintenance experience. These guys are professional and the communication with them from start to finish is unparalleled. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

We have purchased our last 6 CRVs from Honda of San Marcos and have been extremely happy with the process of buying and leasing our cars. Monte Ulibarri and the awesome service department. have bent over backwards to give us first class service.

The service team is fabulous!

The service team is fabulous! We have used them for multiple cars since 2005. We still drive back from Corpus and Galveston for service! We love working with Monty.

Kept my car for 5 days for a windshield and inspection.

Kept my car for 5 days for a windshield and inspection. Called every day for status and they kept dropping the ball. Poor service, they cancelled my first service appt and rescheduled with me. In the mean time they gave my windshield to someone else. My vehicle is going on day 5 because the windshield insurance I purchased from a Honda dealer hasn’t paid yet. They won’t let me have my car till they get paid by the insurance company. They had time to send it in during the day. They waited for me to starting calling about my vehicle before they contacted the insurance. After a renegotiation of the deal the insurance person had left for the day. None of this was my fault, however, due to their inadequate service I am being punished by the dealership and unable to get my vehicle. They are holding it ransom till they get paid by the insurance company. Going to sell my Honda.
