After my car broke down I was towed to your dealership and you were kind enough without hesitation to fit me into your busy schedule. Once the problem was identified, you also provided me with a wonderful solution to help me continue my trip while replacement parts were ordered for my car. You also went out of your way by meeting me at the dealership to pick up my repaired and cleaned vehicle on a Sunday on my way back through the area. I live 2 hours away, I have heard great things about Don Johnsons Motors so I decided to buy from there. Best choice that I ever made. Lisa was very knowledgeable and helped me get the best bang for my buck! She even went out of her way to get me the color I wanted. There was a couple minor scratches on the vehicle and the wiper blade was worn I asked them to change them for me, at no cost they did automatically I was very impressed. Todd got me a great deal on my traverse! All of this happened so quickly without any bumps in the road (considering I lived 2 hours away they made it work for me). The day I went to the dealership the show room was beautifully decorated and the waiting room was comfy, very relaxing. I must mention the AMAZING cars you got to look at on display! Everyone there was so friendly and helped me with any question that I had (even when I had my 6 year old playing super hero in the toy room). I would definitely recommend Don Johnsons Motors to all of my friends.

A careless person put a very noticeable dent in my brand new car door. The collision center was able to fix the door like new and under the cost estimate. By the way the estimate was a fraction of the estimates from two other body repair businesses.

I had a great experience on my last service visit. I recently moved to town and usually do not write reviews but felt like an employee needs to be recognized. I am not sure of the ladies name that helped me in the service department but I have to say she was one of the nicest ladies I have ever met. She is an employee I would love to have working for me and just wanted to let you know she is someone to value. I will continue to have my service work done at your location due to people like her.
