After several very bad experience buying vehicles, I was apprehensive to trust such a good deal. I have been so pleasantly surprised that I cannot wait to refer them to others!!

I bought a new Forerunner and it sat in the shop for 22.5 days out of the 45 I owned it. I went back to Jeep.

The service department is a rip-off, proves for parts are inflated to pay for their building and salespeople not selling. The scam is to have customers pre-pay for parts and then they go to the junk yard and pull parts from salvage cars. Rule this request to see your the new part before it’s installed . I’ve spent over 1000 dollars only to find out I just replaced parts on my car just to spend money.

Was made many promises by the salesman about the car that I was purchasing. When they turned out to not be true, I went to the dealership. I was told it sounded like the salesman had done nothing wrong. Lies and extreme sales pressure are a guarantee. Protect yourself and shop elsewhere.

I drove from out of state recently to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. As to be expected, I was a little bit worried about making such a drive to buy a used car but shouldn't have been at all. It was one of the easiest and pain free experiences I've had at a dealership. These guy are a great group of folks. I'll buy from them again in the future I'm sure.
