On July 11, 2017, I purchased a high-end, pre-owned 2014 vehicle from GIA and the experience was quick and smooth (I came to the table pre-approved); my sales person was retired Army CSM Phillip; Phillip was a professional salesperson with excellent people skills; I also met and spoke with the owner of the business KC; after the GIA staff addressed my concerns about some of the online reviews, I decided to do business with them; I AM GLAD I DID; the vehicle is in excellent condition and the price-point was great; I would definitely do business again and/or recommend GIA to a friend or family member;

My car buying experience at Ga Imports Auto was pretty amazing. Mr. Greg was awesome. By the time I had arrived and decided on a vehicle, the banks were supposedly closed. Mr. Greg got on the phone and got me approved in just minutes. He was very personable and even interacted well with my two children. He treated as they were just as important as I was. I appreciated that very much. He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I will definitely be going back!

I contacted the dealership about a 2006 Mercedes they did respond via email and phone. How ever I went with another dealership. But I will recommend this Dealership too family and friends

Aman and Mickey at GAImport Auto made the process of purchasing a low mileage Subaru Forester extremely easy. They were prompt in returning emails and the customer service was excellent during and after the buying process. I pointed out one issue after an inspection and they took care of it immediately!

From start to finish we were pleased with their service and inventory. Our 2004 Altima was ran into and when we received news it had to be totaled we were disheartened. My husband did some research and our first stop among a list of auto searches was Georgia Import Auto. Within minutes of walking around the lot a man named Vernon Love introduced himself. He did not pressure us into a deal, but listened to us and let us test drive and look and ask questions. I needed that calm, yet readiness to help. My husband was also comforted. Needless to say, that was the first and last place we went. We got a 2013 Honda Civic that day and couldn't be happier. Can't say enough good about Vernon and this team at Georgia Imports. They have made my husband and I forever customers.

I live in Chattanooga, but had seen their listing for an Element. I called to ask about the availability, since very few Elements stay on the market in Chattanooga. Philip answered the phone and told me he had just laid eyes on it for me. My husband and I ventured down that afternoon and immediately were handed keys to THAT car when we walked in. All Philip needed to know was I was from Chattanooga. He already had the keys out for me. We did the test drive and mentioned some of our concerns (which would have already been addressed if I had waited a day to test drive). Philip used humor and knowledge to assist, despite dealing with several clients at different stages of car buying at the same time by himself (because it was Sunday). He had the paperwork drawn up for me when I came back to actually buy, but first had me take another test drive to make sure I was pleased with everything that had been fixed. Needless to say, I own the car that I first laid eyes on less than a week ago. The price was right and Philip helped guide me through the process, despite all my questions and calls.
