I was looking for a decent used vehicle and noticed they had a '99 GMC Yukon on the lot. I emailed them and then set up an appointment to go test drive it online. That morning my wife and I arrived to see it and lo and behold, no Yukon. I asked and was told that it needed brake work done and they couldn't do the work so they had to send it out. I told John who I believe is the owner I had driven a good 45 minutes to see the Yukon and was told "Well you should have called". I'm sorry, I provided all my info including phone number, you couldn't have called me and said the vehicle wasn't ready? Not to mention, the Yukon was supposed to be out until Tuesday, here it is a Thursday after giving John my name and number for a call when the Yukon was ready, never received a call. Guess they didn't want to sell it too badly as of this morning they still have it.

Great experience. They didn't have exactly what we were looking for on their lot but they made the effort to find us exactly the car we wanted. John searched the internet and found us the right car down south and had it shipped to them, check out, serviced, detailed, and ready for us in just over a week.

I found my new to me car at J & J Enterprise and it was a great experience. The car a BMW was in great condition and they included a year warranty with it. I dealt direct with the owner John who got me a great terms through a credit union even when it was my first auto loan. Thanks J&J I will be back to my next car!
