2002 Trans Am - FIREHAWK

One of the easiest dealership to work with. My son and I came up from Spartanburg County, South Carolina after seeing the FireHawk on line. It was just what they said it was and more. Clean and when we noticed it had a turn signal light out they fixed it right away. Saleman was friendly. Glad we made the trip. My son is enjoying the car and has already had it in a car show.

flat out lied to

After seeing a 1999 Nissan with very low miles on the web I made a phone call. I was incredibly specific about what I was looking for. A huge worry about vehicles from the Northeast is rust. A vehicle can be maintained carefully or not. The salesman, Scott, will argue all day long that what was underneath this truck was a "normal" amount of rust for this region and the age of the vehicle. This thing was a rust-bucket and disaster waiting to happen. "Normal" may be subjective. What is NOT subjective is that he told me that there was ZERO rust on the body, that I would not be disappointed and should go right ahead and drive 380 miles to buy this truck. Well, after the 380 mile drive I found holes in the bed and could have poked my finger through more spots in the bed wall. The underneath was devastatingly rusted to the point where nuts were no longer recognizable and any parts that would need replacing in the future would be a nightmare. Every single exhaust hanger had been broken off due to rust and re-welded. The drive shafts were virtually destroyed. The frame was being devoured. This thing was not going to go another 2 years. So we drove 380 miles home without a truck and with a little more distrust of the used car salesman. I was stupid once. Not doing that again without photos of EVERYTHING.

We are sorry that you made the long trip and did not purchase the 1999 Nissan from us. However we did sell the vehicle two days later to a very nice couple from out of town as well. After buying it they took the truck to a franchised Nissan dealer and it passed with flying colors. As a matter of fact the technician that checked it over offered to buy it as well. Maybe you need to go to a Nissan dealer and purchase a brand new one so it will meet your expectations. Thank you again for your time and considerations.

Good service, friendly people

The workers at Gasoline Alley are very friendly and helpful. The two workers we've dealt with are Scott and Steve. Throughout the process of buying this used Ford Edge, Scott kept us up to date with the information banks and his used car lot were saying. I'm very pleased with the friendly service my family received and I absolutely love my ford edge.

BEST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!

I had been searching for an Audi for quite some time now, and once I finally got to Gasoline Auto Sales Alley car dealership I just fell in love. The customer service was outstanding. Scott Riley, a sales associate there, introduced me to this car, and from there it was over. He took the time to explain all the details, let me test drive the car, and worked with me on my price. Not only did he negotiate with me on the car he also did not put any pressure on me to buy the car. I can say I have had many bad experiences with dealerships, but this place was the exact opposite. Not only Scott, but the rest of the team at this dealership is wonderful. They will great you with smiles and open arms. 2002 Audi A4

We came from Covington VA , about 2.5 hrs away - found the car online. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Worked well with us. Garth was our salesman and was very helpful and felt like they were straightforward and honest with us.
