Gasoline Alley Auto Sales

I did my initial shopping on the internet for an SUV and the search led me to Gasoline Alley. My husband and I walked in and were immediately met by Rocky Roach. I told him the two vehicles I was interested in and we went for two test drives in less than an hour. Both vehicles were pretty comparable in price, year, features and mileage - the main difference was make and model, so I asked him which he felt was the better made vehicle - and he gave me what I feel was an honest opinion and one that my research supported. The first vehicle I drove (and subsequently purchased), needed a few things that became apparent during the test drive and Rocky addressed them before we were back at the lot - stating he'd have them fixed right away. Now, I have a great BS detector and I was surprised when it never went off - I think I've found the 1st honest car salesman in the world. He did what he said he would do, the issues were fixed the next morning, I arrived at 2:00pm to sign the papers and I drove away with it 30 minutes later. Easy peezy is an understatement! Thank you Rocky, you were truly a pleasure to work with.

I bought a car and drove it 2 miles and the check engine light and the security light came on. Called salesman with zero results. He never offered to help, would not do anything. Took it to the shop,it?s costing me $1800 out of pocket to repair it. I would not recommend this business, if you do decide to go there, you better have a mechanic go over it well.

I recently purchased a classic car for my wife from this dealer. The salesman I dealt with was Garth. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, friendly, straightforward and honest. Our transaction took place over the phone and Garth went out of his way to assist in the purchase and delivery of the vehicle. The vehicle arrived at our home the next day and it EXCEEDED all of our expectations. The gentleman who delivered the car (Jerry) was a sheer delight to talk to. I would highly recommend these folks and will deal will deal with them again in the future.

I have purchased multiple cars from Gasoline Alley and have dealt with Garth each time my wife recently totaled her car and she needed a car quick and this happened over the holidays we told Garth what we needed and he told us what he had and gave us some suggestions and we found the perfect car Garth is a great salesman and a good friend and he went above and beyond the Call of Duty as far as getting all the loose ends tied up so we could get this car he is an asset to the company and we will be back to see him again whenever we need another car

Buying a vehicle can be such an overwhelming experience, but working with Rocky was wonderful! He worked so hard to get me into a vehicle that had the features I was looking for and in the price range I needed. I have already recommended others to go see him! I test drive several vehicles here and the salesman Rocky Roach was very patient with me it took us longer to test drive and pick the vehicle then to do the paper work. He answered every question we had and if we didn't like something he would show us something else and I ended up with a reliable truck that I really love. Thanks Rocky for being patient with me.

This is our second purchase at Gasoline Alley this year. First a Expedition and now a Explorer. Very happy with both and the way the salesman (Rocky Roach) jumped on making the sales happen! My son and his new wife needed something dependable as they start their lives together and so he could have peace of mind while he deploys again next month while in the Marines. I hate to be a pest, but another of my sons will be in the market to buy something very soon. I will be sending him to Gasoline Alley as well. Fast and friendly staff every time. Thank you so much!
