Bought my wife’s car from them two years ago and just recently bought my mother in-law a car from them as well. For me the reason is simple – They have no BS pricing. The first time I went to them, I was prepared to go back and forth with the price but they didn’t budge simply because they had the lowest price on the GLK 350 model I was looking at (trust me….I did the research and they were offering me the best deal in the country according to cargurus). Long story short – They have true haggle –FREE prices. No pressure at all. They let you do solo test drives and If for some reason you cannot afford the car, there’s no bad blood and no pressure to get you in debt. Oh! Almost forgot – Their cars are always in great shape! Basically like new. And most of them are fully loaded. You’ll definitely enjoy your car years after buying one from them! I bought a GLK 350 and a Ford Ranger Lariat… Both look amazing!

I am from Louisiana and found the vehicle that i wanted within two days thanks to Richard Ford and also Will Schmidt they helped get me the perfect deal. My experience was hassle free and i definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

Communication and contacting them is horrible. They will not return calls. I have been trying to contact them for 3 days. They will not help me with a problem with the bank.

Be very careful before buying from here. Chris Allen was our salesman and has given me the run around since buying my car in February.

After visiting many other dealerships I stopped in at Autos of Dallas and got paired up with the salesman William. He helped me select a very nice BMW 3 series. I was worried about owing too much on my lease vehicle I was looking to get out of, but they gave me a fair trade in value and was able to wrap up the deal nicely. What really helped was their best price upfront, I got a great deal on the BMW and enjoy it very much. Work with William Martin if you get a chance.

We did business with Pascal in sales and we are happy customers!!! When we walked into Autos of Dallas, we were met with a friendly greeting, we met our salesman and he was more than helpful for us! When it was time to crunch the numbers, we were met with honesty and transparency. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The dealership manager took the time to greet my wife and I personally. The car buying process is always going to consist of waiting times, but with the quality of this dealership we weren’t too imposed. The protection plan other people got “scammed” by, they talk to you about it, they do up sell it for sure, but they don’t add anything unless you give them the OK. Or just know how to read through every final thing and buy a car properly...no salesman or financial rep will get mad for you taking the time to read documents. This dealership is prestigious and values that they sell luxury cars. They’re pricing is pretty true to Kelly Blue Book, and they don’t haggle the deals. The only thing I recommend, if the vehicle you purchased has wheel locks, ensure that you get the wheel lock key from them. That’s the only “issue” we had. Overall, satisfied customers and if needed, would come back again!

I sent the inquiry, within minutes AJ called me and answered my questions and sent the pictures of the car I requested! Before the day was over, I had the contract and put down the down payment. This was on a Friday, so I sent the paperwork Saturday morning and Monday afternoon, my car was scheduled for free delivery (in TX).! I am very happy with the process and the vehicle, AND AJ's patience with all of my questions.

I'm a first time car buyer and have been searching for a good deal. Found an Mkz on their website and found it to be a good deal, and they have no-haggle online pricing so didn't feel pressured. I worked with Mitch and he did a great job. Used my own financing from my credit union and it was easy. I came in pre-approved knowing what I was getting, test drove, signed, and left all within 45 minutes. I had to wait till next business day for my credit union to wire the funds and to come back to pick it up, but they had the key, registration, and license plate all ready to go and I was gone in 3 minutes with my Lincoln. Overall, as a first time buyer I'm very satisfied with the car, the price, and the service.

Worst experience ever. I purchased vehicle, signed all documents. I got home I noticed I paid warranty without my permission. I called the finance office asking why this warranty was included, finance representative saying he "explained" about the warranty. Which he did not!!!!! He just briefly went over and made us to sign all the documents. Be careful!!! They charge fees that you do not even know about!! Even though this place offers lower price, it is scam!!!! Know what you are paying and what you are getting.
