DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Total bait and switch. Tried to purchase a vehicle, then they added an additional $10k to the price (over listed price). Also, Super rude staff

THEY GET ZERO STARS BUT I HAD TO SELECT ONE TO LEAVE THE REVIEW! First Issue...I purchased a vehicle from Lucky on 8/23/2025. After execution of the documents, Lucky then tells me the car does not have a charger, and he has to order one and it will be in on Monday. Now you all have just received $5k of my money and now you tell me I cannot drive the car that I purchased away from the lot. The time to tell me this was before you all took my money. Second Issue....your finance guy is rude as xxxx. But whatever! Third issue....after reading over the paperwork, once i left...since the finance guy did not think it was necessary to review or explain ANY DOCS, I saw charges that I did not want or needed an explanation for. I called Lucky TWO DAYS STRAIGHT and the receptionist, other sales guys and anyone who answered basically said hold on and kept me holding forever or they said he was with a customer and would call me back. For two days HE NEVER CALLED. When I finally reached him, he said he had been extremely busy. I told him that's fine, but you mean to tell me you don't have five minutes to return my call. Especially after I have purchased a $60k car!! After threatening to cancel he went to the finance guy to get me some answers. I was angrily satisfied. He told me that my charger will be in now by TUESDAY!!!!! Which is today. I waited all day to see if he would, at least, call me to say it wasn't in or something. I GOT NOTHING!!!! So, I called again and as the normal routine....I was put on hold so long that I hung up, and another time I was told he was out showing a car. I told the guy I was upset, and I wanted to cancel this deal. He told me to hold on and NEVER CAME BACK!! Now I am upset, because MY TIME IS VALUABLE TOO!! I WORK TOO AND WAS TAKING TIME TO CONTACT YOU ALL! FINALLY, I CALLED BACK AND THEY TRANSFERRED ME TO LUCKY. I ASKED HIM WAS THE CHARGER IN AND NOW HE IS SAYING BY THE END OF THE WEEK. WHAT THE xxxx! YOU ALL DO NOT GET TO HOLD MY MONEY FOR A WEEK FOR A CAR THAT I AM NOT DRIVING. I ADDED INSURANCE SATURDAY AND AM PAYING INSURANCE ON THIS CAR AND DO NOT HAVE IT YET! Then everyday i call I am told a different day. You don't string me along like I'm a yoyo or something..telling me a new day each day. I have expectations and once I am told something, that is what I expect! You do not get to change this to accommodate your lack of empathy for the fact that I have purchased a car and am excited and want to take ownership of it! ...just concerned about sealing the deal for a commission! I WAS EXCITED ABOUT MY PURCHASE BUT YOU ALL HAVE THE POOREST SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED WITH PURCHASING A CAR! I NOW KNOW THAT ONCE THE DOTTED LINES ARE SIGNED, BASICALLY YOUR SALES GUYS/WELL LUCKY.....SAYS FORGET US/THE CUSTOMER...HE HAS MADE HIS COMMISSION!!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE ON ALL LEVELS!! AND I DO NOT APPRECIATE SUCH TREATMENT AS A CUSTOMER!!! Oh yes, I emailed you (Mitch Daniels) also with my concerns...and like everything else...NOTHING!!!

I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from Autos of Dallas. This dealership consistently lacks communication between departments, which creates endless problems for both customers and staff. Many of the vehicles on the lot simply aren’t ready to be sold, yet they’re still pushed onto the sales floor. It’s incredibly frustrating to watch customers spend their time and money here, only to be met with broken promises, poor communication, and zero accountability. If you want proof, just try reaching out to their service department you’ll quickly see that they do not respond at all, no matter how many attempts you make. If you’re shopping for a car, I highly recommend looking elsewhere to save yourself the headache.

THE MAIN REASON WHY I AM SPEAKING OUT IT IS BECAUSE I SPOKE WITH THE GM ABDOU ABOUT MY LAST PAYCHECK AND HE JUST SAID "SPEAK TO RYAN IN FINANCE" SO I CALLED RYAN AND RYAN SAID THAT MY MONEY WILL NOW GO TO KP "ONE OF THE BEST SALESPERSON" BECAUSE HE IS DEALING WITH A HEAT CASE NAMED "OBAID RAHAM" MIND YOU OBAID RAHAM LEFT A REVIEW 5 DAYS AGO SAYING HOW GREAT HE WAS. MEANWHILE RYAN IS TELLING ME THAT THE CASE IS STILL ONGOING AND ITS A "SERVICE HEAT CASE" SO THEY DECIDED TO TAKE IT OFF ME AND MY COWORKERS CHECK AND GIVE IT TO HIM. PRIOR TO THAT I SOLD AND DELIVERED WITH NO PROBLEM A BMW X5 TO A SPANISH SPEAKER AND DID NOT GET PAID ON IT AND THEY GAVE IT TO KP. JOHN COOPER IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HAS NO CONTROL OVER SERVICE NOR HIS TECHS, INCLUDING ANTONIO AND EDGAR WHO IS HIS RIGHT HAND. 9. YOU WILL NEVER GET A HOLD OF SERVICE UNLESS YOU GO IN PERSON. THEY WILL NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE OR YOU WILL GET TRANSFERRED AND NO CONTACT WILL BE MADE. 10. THE LUX PKG OR VEHICLE PROTECTION PACKAGE (DEALER ADD ON) IS ALWAYS OPTIONAL THEY PICK AND CHOOSE ON WHICH CAR OR PERSON THEY NEGOTIATE IT WITH. 11. THEY HAVE A SYSTEM CALLED "RAPID RECON" WHERE WE ARE ABLE TO SEE STATUS OF VEHICLES. UNFORTUNATELY THEY HAVE 500 CARS THAT NEED TO BE SERVICED AND ARE NOT READY FOR DELIVERY AND ONLY 100 CARS THAT ARE GOOD WITH MINIMAL PROBLEMS. 12. IF YOU HAVE A TRADE I HIGHLY SUGGEST TO SELL IT TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP OR EVEN PRIVATELY AS THEY WILL LOWBALL YOU AND THEN PRESSURE YOU TO BUY THEIR PKG. SAD IT HAS TO COME TO THESE TERMS BUT ANYONE WHO CHECKS THIS DEALERSHIP REVIEWS SHOULD SEE THAT THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS AND MAYBE START DRUG TESTING AND BACKGROUND CHECKING THEIR EMPLOYE

We were treated very professionally and any issue that we had was handled with respect. Lucky and KP handled the end-to-end dealing, Randy ensured the financial aspects were good to go, and Frank handled any services that we requested.

I had a positive experience with Gabriella and Abdoul.

I had a positive experience with Gabriella and Abdoul. I picked my car and was out the door in no time after it was washed and filled up with a full tank of gas. The customer service was great!
